I woke up with tears in my eyes, it was 11degrees here, I realize God was with me all night, the water didn't freeze, I still had electricity for heat, I was saved by Jesus a while back, after 45 years of methamphetamine use I have been delivered, I can't express how grateful I am that God is with me, God bless you and your family God bless me and my family

Lord Jesus i surrender this fear and anxiety to you. It just comes on and i don't know what to do when I feel this way. I have work next week. It's my last week working for the county i live in . I need to honor to the commitment i made. Thank you for your words of encouragement you gave to me earlier. I will work on those things. Thank you Jesus. Amen.

Thank you Lord,I fully trust that my sleep will be fully restored in Jesus name!!The insomnia have been playing me for the past years,I barely fall asleep but I fully trust God,he shall restore all that I have lost..Soon I will be at peace
The worry anxiety and fear we feel in our head and stomach is a lower level fear that feeds on itself and is not meant for us to be for periods of time. We are all one. It seems hard but try the simplest of things like smile and think positive thoughts.

Not impressed with this one. Too much talking which doesn't allow me to sleep. Requires me to pay attentionntonwhat tou are saying in the storyline completelybdefeating the purpose of sleep.
