So if u locked the distributer out, afterwards did u go in on the screen and unlock the distributer in system so killshot has controll of the timing freely. That was my issue.

Should start without you touching the throttle. 1) Did you verify the throttle opening or adjust any of the screws? They should NOT rest fully closed 2) TPS and other numbers. 3) Reset the self learning 4) timing is also a huge deal. I see a ballast resistor. WHY? 5) Whistling noise you hear comes from the unit and is normal. Even the GM TBI's made that noise.

I would make certain that the Base Gasket is the correct one I don't know what they are using to monitor Manifold Absolute Pressure the Old Systems had A MAP Sensor, the Newer System uses the MASS AIR FLOW measures the amount of Air coming into the TBody , I do know I changed the Duration of the Cam on A 454 Throttle Body and was. Limited on what Cam I could use Duration is Critical MAP Sensor Circuit

So just a theory . I have been struggling with my killshot as well. But one thing I noticed was on the bottom of the killshot the vacuum passages are very close to the edge of the throttlebody if your intake manifold has a really thin mounting surface, those vacuum ports can leak I ended up having to put a carburetor spacer that was thicker than my intake to get them to seal up. Looking at your intake. It looks really thin underneath the throttle body, I would start there then I would also make sure that you try different parameters in the computer setting going from stock to mild and see what happens as I found out. Their programming is not very good like a sniper or a Fitech .

Have ti have fuel line to both "bowls" on carb as there not connecting tube like a double pumper so u are running only on secondary

Those throttle bodies suck a lot of air and it may sound like a vacuum leak but it’s just the air moving through the throttle body. It seem like you have a fuel issue. Like the fuel pump is shutting down after the key is let go. I would check power at the pump or fuel pressure while it’s running and see if it looses either.

Did you get this figured out? I can only get mine to run for a few seconds too. Mine is only spraying fuel from 1 of the 4 injectors

What's your fuel pressure set at? If it's at least 40psi contact @acesfuelinjection it may be defective.

Sounds like an iac problem. Open your throttle blades a tiny bit and reset TPS. That might help. Fine tuning your throttle blade adjustment helps these things run much better
