Hey friend! I'm Veronica, former flight attendant and current digital nomad from Uruguay who travels the world and shares her experiences of her current travels and her past life as Emirates cabin crew.
Traveling has been part of my life for most of it, so finding a way to be independent and free was a non-negotiable for me.
But aviation was such a huge part of my life for over 10 years, so much so that it holds a special place in my heart and I love sharing all things cabin crew.
Join me on this journey as we explore the world and share my crazy past as a flight attendant.

I saw a video about a pilot and why he left Emirates. Only those who make captain have a half decent experience. First officers are a dime a dozen and they don't care. When I see these companies do these things I think the problem is at the very top. The CEO/President owns their own crap and they should be held accountable.

half of destinations are turnaround cant see the destinations on days off you hop a flight to see places driving license recommended 50 or less old 11 hours minimum rest

To be fair, all airlines have standards for cabin crew, be it aesthetics, or safety. Even BA has a minimum reach requirement. Also, if you are 5’ 4”, and weigh 120kg, you will also definitely be rejected, but you will not be told it is a weight thing.
Wow can you imagine if legacy US carriers limited the age to 50. They'd lose a huge % of their staff. So many do it as a second career.
Had sex with a woman who worked for EK as cabin crew gave her £100 She was an escort on the side Heathrow hotel in 2001😂 she was Unbelievably beautiful.
And us with short hair hope we are not limited
trying to seduce you with a superficial empty luxury fake lifestyle..and some even buy it!
I think parts of the lifestyle may seem luxurious, but they don’t tell you that a lot of it just isn’t 😕 it’s still fun and if you’re okay with the non-luxurious part it’s a cool job to have (for a while!)
@@amindfulnomad fun with good people around you and experiencing the world i can dig.. the pull into that bubble ain't good..sure i understand it's cool to a certain extend.. yet, at the same time it's not representative of "reality" and makes you forget about the basics and being happy and content with the little things..
Competent air hostes are leaving Emirates replaced by low standard crew ,staff.

Love how you delivered this message to all cabin crew wannabes out there who would love to join Emirates and while I was one of them 9 years ago trying to get into emirates went to almost 6 open days barely making it to 3rd stages because I thought that that was my only dream. Long story short 10 years later I am now employed by Emirates as a groundstaff but based in Europe. Safe to say that I live my best life now looking back I can definitely see why I didn’t get into Emirates cabin crew because I meant to be here where I am now. But shout out for those of you who want to be a cabin crew for Emirates yes join us but know what you signed up for. Exactly what she said write it down on your journal. Write it on a piece of paper. Know what you signed up for! This is a very demanding job, not for the fainthearted 🎉❤ good luck everyone xx

Gurrrrlll my cabin bag broke from GIG-EZE and had to do 3 sectors with a taped cabin bag like Karachi 😂😂😂😂😂 the Karachi crew hahaha
They’re always leaving since I joined in 2016 😂. Always same blah blah story

I’m so sorry, that is so ridiculous. Unfortunately that’s how they operate. I’ve heard there have been updates on how they manage weight and they’re more strict now. Doing research for my next video 👀

Hello Veronica Copa is the only Airline who offers the best seats at the moment in a narrow-body airplane to flight to Montevideo, Avianca, Gol, Latam they only have Premium Economy (not full flat) seats and no longer offers business. To get a full Business seat flying in/out Montevideo you need to fly American Airlines on the Mvd/Miami, Iberia or Air Europa to Madrid, after those no one else, sorry you got disappointed with Copa after work/fly the petro dollars company, I hope they treat you well the rumors are not very good, be safe.

It is quite concerning how many videos there are about quitting Emirates. Obviously there is something very wrong with this company and it's attitude towards employees. I do not think there is another airline company with so many ex flight attendants talking about their experience.

I took a gap year before entering to university and I was thinking on doing this. I don’t see it as a permanent thing but definitely want the experience! I’m curious about the contract. Do they offer you 1/3/6month as trial contracts?
3 years contract minimun, if you leave before you have to pay a fee.
