As I am out watering my yard & garden in the intense summer heat, Jason's laugh reminds me of Ke'oni's laugh & I start laughing & I realize the powerful vibration of laughter & joy. Heather, Thank you for this deeply inspiring interview🙏 🕉♌️🪷

Thank you so much Heather for connecting us to Jason 💕Just listening to your conversation was so deeply moving, I felt it deep within my bones in my blood, as if my whole body was tuning into the vibration and cadence of your voices together. On some level it didn’t even matter what was spoken, because it was the magical magnetic energy that was so powerful and tangible 💕Thank you both 💕🙏🏽💕

Big theme so truthfully talked about here thank you.....Working on a beach which was a prisoner camp during WWII as well as vivid images of Smyrne destruction of 1921 in which my ancestors had to flee coming through this 2024 Summer, has created much dark energy wanting to get to the light.....so this conversation is so soothing.....Thank you and link noted....

A singing moment is always good, I do this all the time. Love and joy lights must always burn. Love the Giant tree falling. My teacher left the body in November 2019 no illness just went to the dentist and didn't regain conciousness, he worked from pure love in the heart and knew what was coming so departed. These great teachers never go anywhere they live in our hearts. I LOVE YOU I'M SORRY PLEASE FORGIVE ME THANK YOU Much gratitude to you Both. Blessed be. Daya in Devon ❤

A living person's ethics and principles I would recommend is SADHGURU ( ISHA FOUNDATION) through Yoga Classical music/dance, planting millions of trees and international Save soil movement - saved Madras from famine by planting trees. - millions of people following + doing voluntary work.

We are not looking or gesturing toward gaining consensus. We are not looking for resolution. This is a space for good questions, that questions might guide us into the new paradigm; into this new unfolding, into this space of rapid change. Such wisdom!! 🙏🏼

I love the saying, just spiritual teachings, mostly working with Christ consciousness that says one must first feel before we can heal and working with the grief the suffering it is working with that energy that we allow ourselves momentarily energetically to feel it or relive it momentarily, and we resurrect ourselves. We rewrite our script through this process, and I just wanted to share that with you all I absolutely loving this interview. Thank you thank you thank you Heather and your guest. I really appreciate you all.

Thank you for speaking of the ancestors from places where lands and sovereignty was denied. As an BlackAfrican American woman my hearts needs to hear this level of inclusion and understanding.. we will not heal if we can not see who we are and who we have been

Thank you. I was feeling very “tender” and “other” because of a perception of rejection yesterday. I went to sleep asking my wise and well ancestors what I could learn from this. How could I perceive it more wisely? The wisdom you both shared here was a lovely and comforting answer. Thank you both.

Love the analogy of the river 💜Once I was held down deep in the power of the waterfall, I was fighting against it trying to force my way up , out of breath I just released the fight then all of a sudden the river let me flow 20 feet to the surface to get that breath of life 💜
