As an Osteopathic physician, the tenets of form/function and the importance of lymphatics and fascia have been basic to our medical teaching. We're happy it's finally more generally recognized!

Thanks Heather . . . so enjoyed this chat with Betsy. The divine feminine is here! 🦋🦋🦋. yay . . with, of course, the balance of the divine masculine. Everything is moving so quickly now, and to hear how the interconnection and balancing of our bodies, and breathing, are part of our spiritual journey to Oneness, has given me more understanding of healing my physical body. So much love and many blessings to you both. Jillian, OZ ❤️🙏🏻🦋🌸🌏

As a teacher of quadriplegic children for 40 years, almost all of this conversation relates directly to the physiological experiences my students needed to have facilitated so that adequate sensory input could exist as prerequisites to learning through movement. Sensory motor integration is VITAL to a child’s optimal learning capacity! Thank you, Heather, for bringing Betsy and her powerful insights to us. ❤

not sure why i'm always shocked by synchronicities when they happen... so much of this video was important for me... as if it were created specifically for me to hear... to help me put words to what i've been feeling and thinking about lately... understanding my own lifelong vasovagal syncope issues, seeing that not so much in a new perspective, but rather in understanding that my thought/feeling about it is more on point and worth pursuing than what the doctors have told me... (not ignoring the doctors; merely combining their advice with what my body is saying!) anyway... thanks so much! ❤❤

What a beautiful conversation! Thank you so much, Heather and Betsy - there's so much light shining through you💖💖I feel lighter just watching and listening to you. I especially loved it when you said we have to tell a different story, Heather, including getting out of idealising the transcendent and devaluing the physical and embodied. Yes to that! And Betsy, how beautiful your movements, and thoughts on the fascia (amazing image!) and the idea of love as a training ground for us (and that we have to work hard not to let it in). Thank you both so much for sharing your wisdom and joy! Beautiful smiles🙏Goddesses both!

I totally agree with you! In Touch for Health Kinesiology we teach self care techniques that involve the muscles coordinating with the acupuncture meridians and the importance of balancing all of these aspects of the body / mind / spirit. The fascia and the diaphragms are so much a part of that, which is what I have been learning more and more over these past 40 years. Every day is a learning day! Also - been thinking since listening to Rory Duff - if the ley lines are getting wider, then so might our meridians.... We might all be becoming more like children again - when our meridians were in a flow together and not so separate. I am blown away by these realisations - all the three meridians which flow in the same direction together. We may be evolving into balls of energy and light.... It feels a bit like this! Thank you so much Heather. From Fear to Love as Keoni says. Back to Lemuria. 🙏💞

I’m feeling the surrender, like Sedna and allow my breathe in water and the metamorphosis. My best meditation is in the shower 💦 and in movement. Allowing the flow to take all of m to where and how I need to be in any given moment. Thank you Heather and Betsy. Fascinating 🙏🕉️

You have helped me understand what I have felt since I can remember in this life and never understood the energies that I have experienced not in this reality but beyond. Countless times I have felt things beyond. I am now being able to manage these feelings of energy and am able to hold a better space for myself. For years working as a trauma guide (not fond of the words therapist and coach) the insights and healing I gained by awareness of my body, embodying with awareness and love for the wisdom of my body and her subtle communication reflecting my soul is like magic. Talking of the breath; I have been with several of my loved ones as they have crossed over and my first experience I was so shocked because I had always heard “as they take their last breath” when in fact it is the exhale that caught me by surprise… but do you believe that deep last exhale and the connection to the vagus nerve and messages received helps them as they are transitioning? I know especially with both my grandmothers and my mom they would talk of things they were seeing hours before they physically left their bodies

The vagus nerve extending on an exhale can allow the system to deeply settle. ❤🙏

The imagery of the dinosaur reminded me of a suspension bridge.

Funny that you say that. I usually use that image as part of my explanation!❤🙏

An age lasts 2,260 years. According to the Roman reckoning, the age of Pisces began in the year AD 1, so it will end AD 2260 and the age of Aquarius will begin AD2261.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts on this, but remember that we understand the shifting of the ages by when those stars rise before the sun at the time of the spring equinox in the northern hemisphere. The stars of Aquarius are already rising before the sun at spring equinox, showing that we are already transitioning into the Age of Aquarius. The more ancient understandings of the length of the precessional cycle are more accurate than the Roman understanding and concur with modern scientific research indicating that the precessional cycle is 24,000 years in length, so each age is approximately 2000 years in length, meaning again, we are already transitioning into the Age of Aquarius.
