Hello, please reply. I only use it on the pedal. The throttle button does not work. I turned it on from the settings and it did not work. I looked at the electrical tape file at the battery. Everything is fine. What is the solution? I ask for your help. The dealer from whom I bought it did not respond to me.

I bought something simular and having trouble getting it to work? The relay wires tie into the incoming hot 12v + and neutral - which is labeled IN and the outgoing wires tie into the same on the OUT +/- wires. The instructions state to hold down the relay button for one red flash the hold the bob down to get 2 red flashes which means the two are paired. Got that and when you push the bob the red light stays on the relay and push the bob again and the red light goes off. That's all great but the light I want on and of doesn't work? I believe when I hooked this up I left the light on but I'll try it again. I may have had it off the entire time?

I've got a similar setup on my engine x. I too used a chopping board and a 10ah china blue. The battery sits on velcro pads attached to a neoprene rubber mat stuck to the board. There's a short clip on my channel showing the setup and later I installed a 100anp isolator switch so I could unplug it without sparking! 23ah in total and about 50-60 miles on pas 2-3. I also installed a power analyser which sits on the handlebar and I wired it in from the balancer kit up to the bar and then back down to the controller. It showed a max draw of 19amps at 960w! Easy job to do and like you I was no expert in soldering but it was fun.

Thanks for your video! My GForce T42 is a similar folder and I started by upgrading my main battery to 20AH in the bike tube. My second battery will be in the rackbag. Planning on a 52V 20ah and the Sparks Blender that allows for different voltages. Your XT90S connectors looked like a good choice for hooking it all together. Did you use heat-shrink tubing over your splices or just elec tape?

I have the same bike, I'd love to upgrade the stock controller to at least 30a for hill climbs but worried that it either reduces the range or simply won't fit in the frame like the original. So many bloody controllers to choose, most need additional pedal sensors, displays and the only one I found had a 3 pin connector to the motor, we need a 9 pin for the motor. I also found out the motor isn't actually 750w but the Bafang 350-500w version with extra current pushed through, so not a true 750w.
