  Loved this video. In 2017 we had a week Obertraun our Hotel was just beside the jetty you took the boat from. Halstatt and the local area is stunning we had a fantastic stay there before moving on to Fussen near the fairy tale castles in Germany.

  You guys are an inspiration.. If you ever plan on visiting Ireland and come into the ferry post in Dublin , you are more than welcome to overnight on my property loads of space and only 25 minutes from port on main road to the west of Ireland 🇮🇪.. it's only a matter of time before we get a motorhome ( had one a few years ago) .. keep up the top class content..   Lived in Obertraun (the small village opposite Hallstatt), it's a beautiful area. As mentioned on another video of yours, if anybody is planning a visit, take time to go to Gosausee.

  Hi, unfortunately I don’t think caravans do, we haven’t seen them on the parkups and the app shows just MH’s if you look on Search for Sites you’ll see the campsite in Hallstatt which does allow caravans, I think you’d need to book in advance though, hope that helps , cheers…Andy&Michelle

  Fantastic....we did a 10 day walking holiday for my 50th in Austria and stayed in Hallstatt, watching this brought back some great memories....Many thanks, also did you know that there are a lot of Chinese tourists in Hallstatt because a Chinese construction millionaire visited and created a copy of the whole village in China...😁🙏

  Thanks, glad you are enjoying the videos, as for the Malibu Charming, the current owner of the vehicle contacted us and asked us to take it down as it was showing the RegNo, it’s really hard on KZread to change a video after it has been published- but not impossible, I’ll have another go at bluring the reg when I get a moment, cheers…Andy

  Go back in the winter the skiing is great and sometimes the lake freezes over, although this is less common these days. It was when I visited in the early 90’s you could walk across from one side to the other.

Definitely heading back again in the near future..Just planning our next trip for September. South of France and then across to the island of Corsica. We can’t wait!   @@ExtremeMotorhomingAdventures The Corsica ferries App is very good and easy to book through. You can Sale from Toulon South of France or further up the coast in Italy from Savona. For a van the size of your Katie you’d be looking at around £400 return with twin Cabin on board. The ferries look really good if you look on KZread. Sailing 19:00 arriving next morning at 07:00Am 👍

  We visited the Sigmund Thun gorge in September 2021 as part of an Austria /. Switzerland roadtrip. It was absolutely beautiful. The day after we hiked up the Krimmler Wasserfälle and I treated myself wife to a trip to the Swarovski museum near Innsbruck. Great times ❤

  Great video. We went there in 2013, the town had a lovely vibe. Zell am Zee is where the Porsche motor car came into existence created by a family company. Reportedly one of the sons used to drive over the lake in the winter when the water was frozen in his Porsche, but one year the ice was very thin and the car broke through and ended up at the bottom, I believe it is still there today. Looking forward to your Hallstatt video, we stayed there in 2017. Stunning place.

  Hi David, glad you enjoyed the video😀 No specific reason for not buying a LHD, it's our first MH so we were leaning towards RHD for familiarity but would have bought LHD if the right deal / model had been available. As for driving the LHD on our European travels, it's been fine because Michelle is always there to check her side of the road if needed. It will be even easier going forward now we've had the 360 camera system fitted, cheers...Andy&Michelle
