Dude, you are awesome!
U sound like a whinger bro sorry to say I drive a tow truck and usually try do 🙀 makes customers happy
This is why you have sons and a couple $20. Easiest investment for cheap labor lol 😄😄
That's a nice feature on that fork truck.
Was the Moffett jealous?😉
How do you not have an idea of what you're delivering? You don't have a BOL? I worked a lumber yard for years, and the haulers had a pretty good idea of what was delivered.
You sound like a karen..enough of the wining do your job and be glad you have one. 😎
53 years of driving 15 of them flat bedding. Only Once I've come across one irrigate pos like this guy.
scam
Unload some of it and then pick the trailer up and move it.
They must know the guy.
I could hear the “I told you so” when he backed into the the 2x4!!!😂😂😂
Good for you
I understand that there was some kind of miscommunication but damn dude! That shit was so unnecessary. No need for the customer to act like that. Just be an adult and figure it the hell out!
Do just do the very eage for using less batteries
I drove over the road in the mid 1980s and I encountered customers like this one, both shippers receivers. I was in Houston and picking up a load from a Target store that was going back to their warehouse. I was on the dock watching the workers loading my trailer when I saw them loading a pallet of motor oil on which one of the cases was crushed. The whole pallet was soaked with oil, so I asked as nicely as I could for them to take the pallet off. The distribution center wouldn’t accept damaged goods and my company would be responsible for the cost of the product. They refused to unload the pallet and I refused to sign the bill of lading. After calling my dispatcher and waiting approximately two hours they ended up taking off the oil soaked pallet. Life is hard enough as it is without having to deal with assholes like that.
For god's sake just put a sign on it saying "DO NOT STEAL" simple.
It's just entitlement and salesmen trying to make the sale.. Then blame us drivers for both of their mistakes..🤦🏽♂️ TALK ABOUT GOING BEYOND THE CALL. YOU'RE A VERY PATIENT MAN..
Hat's off to how well you deal with grumpy customers!
you back?
is this a repost of a old video?
Interesting how your labour is not worth very much but their effort is somehow worth a fortune...so much so they don't want to do any of it.
Worst is delivering to hospitals 😭
I will never order supplies though, I get it myself, because some drivers are too picky or half A$$ or don’t give a flying F!
No common sense in arguing, should work together to get it resolved! Driver was a little to assertive and anxious just to just drop it off and go! Customer panicked and argued with ego as well! It’s a shame you can’t get along, either of you…. 😢
What a jerk.... Drunk or regrets how much he spent !!! Not your problem !!!
i would not leave keys in any vehicle that i walk away from too many crazy people will drive it away
You sound like bay area transparency
ITS LIKE HEY UPS .AMZON,,WHATS INSIDE MY PACKAGE,,,,THEY BE LIKE,,,AHHHH WE DONT KNOW WE DONT CARE ,,WE JUST DELIVER IT,,,,LOL
I would really like to see the reckoning on this one. Did he actually pay extra for delivery to the backyard?
"Terroristic threatening" is a misdemeanor in every state. It seems the cops were afraid of the Contractor
I did this job for a while. After the first month I learned to not unstrap the load until I talked to the customer. My strict orders were curbside delivery, nothing else.
I believe EVERY PERSON should have to work with THE PUBLIC for 1 year! Then if they become rude to people, they have to work an additional year! Do unto others as you would have them do unto you!! BE NICE!!!!!
He knew good and well that 16' lumber was not going to fit through the gate on your forklift. He expected you to set it down and unbundle it, and you, the driver, to hand carry it and stack it where he wanted. No, you drive the truck. If he wanted it hand carried he should have had workers there for that.
Please keep your day job 🤣 kzread.info/dash/bejne/Z393k66ze7ubcco.html
A C note?! What a joke of a bribe, you damn well know that customer would throw a fit if you damaged the delivery but he tries bringing 100 bucks for you to risk it
please tell us he got charged for the shipping..
I never thought I'd be so entertained watching home deliveries but here I am
Sheesh. Hope you have a carry permit. Way to many jerks.
He was a jerk! Sorry there are such A-holes making your life suck.
I would just dump it.
Day drinker?
Spoiled Brat
This guy neglected to read the fine print on the delivery order. I've never received the lumber and/or concrete mix that was dropped at any location other than curbside. If he wants the material placed somewhere else, he should have made other arrangements. Does he want the driver to do the building project for him also?
Maybe have her sign a release of liability form. Just a thought.
8:30 Dude crying about water being on his truck? What a clown.
From my history, most drivers have been very helpful in as much as having brought loads in past the curb to prevent possibilities of theft or damage. That builder was just on a power trip.
lol burn your diesel for someone else’s mistake
The phrase " the customer is always right" doesn't apply to todays generation
