  What on earth?! Where is the evidence T-Rex swam across ocean expanses to new islands? How do they come to that conclusion. This is simply supposition. Assuming. No evidentiary support at all other than trying to sway opinion through suggestion. People need to be very careful what they’re believing without looking for facts themselves, based only, on what some progressive scientists are trying to portray. The factors based on skeletal structure, shape and form and brain size etc- are proof enough these giant, reptiles with mouths filled with serrated teeth, sharp clawed feet, huge thigh muscles and jaws capable of tons of pressure - were not shy, compassionate creatures walking around taking in the scenery like a tourist.. nor was it likely they were capable of swimming… Propulsion alone, with large back legs does not signify a swimmer. Frontal buoyancy is also a factor in swimming. And T-Rex was not capable of buoyancy with such short forearms, and the combined weight and shape of its boy legs and tail combined. Its lungs were positioned for upright movement on land.. perhaps its shape meant it could run fast or it was more slower and scavenged for food. But all modern predators are both. Opportunity is opportunity, after all. But T-Rex was just not capable of swimming any distance never mind between islands.. I’m surprised in David Attenborough sanctioning such nonsense to be honest. He needs to step back from forced progressive
