Alone with wildlife & northern forest
Alone with wildlife & northern forest
Hi! My name is Andrey! After retirement I decided to create videos about hiking and bushcraft in our northern forest, as I love wildlife and being all alone for days on end. I don't hunt and only like to fish on small rivers and lakes. I sleep by the fire at different times of the year and find old cabins to sleep in. I don't comment on videos so as not to spoil the sounds of nature, but captions will be available in some cases!

Hola .q acogedora casita y rica cena
Trade you places
A cabin is not a cabin if it has a bedroom, and it looks to me you have lots of neighbors
Thank you for a great adventure & a cozy warm place.to stay in this winterland. Felt as though I was right there! God bless.....😊😊
Fascinating video. Wish I could manage like that but I am a city boy. Where in the world does the electricity come from way out in the woods? Also, how do you keep the cabin warm at night. Sorry if these questions sound stupid but I am a novice in these things.
Battery power. At the beginning of the video under the table I put clothespins on the terminals. The stove is made of red brick. It heats up slowly but keeps the cabin warm for a long time. Also a quality log cabin keeps warm for a long time.
Hello my good friend🤚 You work very well.🌹 From choosing the subject to filming and editing, it is excellent, and this means that you respect your audience🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹❤❤ So I also wrote to you with all respect and I thank you and give you a like👍29
Thank you! Much appreciated. Shooting alone is difficult, but I will try to do better. I will buy a second small tripod to do clearer shooting at close range. Thanks for the unbiased comment! 👍
You have a very nice smile, looking forward to seeing it more often. How old is your dog, and what's its name?
Thanks) Little friend's name is “Kolobach.”

У меня третий час ночи. Готовите такую вкуснятину, а 100 грамм будет? 🤣
Обязательно! ❤🍷
Fab video. Enjoyed it very much. If i went, I'd need an extra sledge for wine 🍷 😂
Thanks. That's a good idea! 🍾🍾😀
@@Alonewithwildlifenorther-kw1ns anno!! I'm all full of good ideas 💡 but seriously, was an ace video
Very nice place.
I have been to and lived near to The Shrine of Czestechowa, Doyelstown..PA. They also have faith in the Black Madonna and Baby Jesus. Thanks for sharing. Love seeing ice fishing.
Leave skin on potatoes, its where all the nutrition is, rest of a potato is water and starch.
You're right. I usually do it in the microwave.
You should have a side arm just in case
Thats a cool mode of teansport
Do you mind telling what brand / make of snow sled your riding. Thanks, Mike
This moto dog is from the city of Arkhangelsk (Russia) Brand “POMOR”. It was sent to me in parts. The engine is Chinese “Zongshen” 13 horsepower. I want to change it for a Japanese Honda. I do not know the brand of the sled.
thank you for an interesting and beautiful video.👍👍🤝🤝
Thanks.
That snowmobile looks like it was designed by someone who may have had heard about snowmobiles but never actually seen one!
😆
Yeah I have never seen such a machine, what is it called?!?!?
@@SoloClone It's a moto-dog. A smaller version of a snowmobile. You can also mount a ski module on the front and ride it like a mini-snowmobile. Low gasoline consumption and can be ridden even in summer.
hey pal,...that bacon was still raw and undercooked fyi
For your information, I'm alive and well😁
Your right. Google. Man gets worms in the brain from undercooked bacon. 😱
@@Lalunabreeze you cant tell anybody anything these days, they all know everything
Tuyết rơi đẹp quá
I'd love to do this, with a good book, my beer, a few steaks, the cat and talkback radio. So relaxing, for me.
What is TalkBack? A walkie talkie? What band and what power? Who would be on the other end?
Done
Could you tell us what kind of meat you used for the evening meal. It looked like pork. The food looked delicious. I think I might make something like this for my breakfast tomorrow morning. In my house though. Greetings from the state of Washington USA.
Hi! You're right. It's pork ham.👍
Cutting wood warms you in 3 ways. Cutting it , carrying it and burning it
You watched Jay legere
Cry baby
Looks to me like he cut it all in to kindling and didn't leave any bigger stuff to burn
Im new here. Can i just start by thanking you on your amazing work here. This whole video was a complete joy to watch. I'm mostly deaf, so i have to have things on quite loud to hear them. Late at night I just watch videos on silent with the subtitles on. This video was perfect. There are not too many things to read and it's beautifully editited & its also lush to have something to watch that's totally relaxing without needing sound. Thank you
Thanks ❤
I love little cabins like that, though personally, I'd add a little bathroom to it. Don't know why guys always ignore bathrooms... but having a little closet with a casset toilet, where you can go without having to get bundled up and make a run to the outhouse... then when you are ready... you can just empty INTO the outhouse... makes sense.
When I was young I woke up in the morning walked a ways from camp and write Sammy Thompson in the snow.lol Men don't worry about inside bathrooms, because we can do half the job off the porch railing .
@@sammythompson3694 🤣
@@sammythompson3694 True that : ) Also, those with cabins that are similar to this video and in snowy areas know that an indoor bathroom end up stinking the whole house. Besides the smell, much more sanitary, hygienic and lower maintenance upkeep to have an outhouse.
Even with a bathroom in the bush, I still prefer the outhouse, unless it's -30 🥶🧊🧊😂🤣🤣

Snow water better than river waters
Next trip up there you should take a good chopping maul with you to make splitting wood easier! Thanks for the video by the way, spent many times out in the interior of Alaska while living in Fairbanks, AK. Loved the cold weather. Back in 89, the Daily Miner newspaper wrote up a story about three of us tooling around on our Mountain Bike when it was 50 to 60 below spent plenty of time outdoors at 80 below and enjoyed almost every minute of it. Was a sorry thing to try and put out a fire in the cab of my auto when it caught fire. Frozen snow doesn't make good for putting out auto electrical fires when its 45 F below, haha!
Thank you for sharing your little story and also for the advice. 👍
Would like to see him split some Australian iron bark
Your winters are harsh😮
The Gulf Stream makes our winters warmer, but it can be really harsh down to - 45 C
I wouldn't have survived there. Accustomed to warm climate.
What a beautiful stove!!! I love the tranquility and comfort of a well-heated refuge, the silence to appreciate nature, and a recipe that my grandfather often made, thank you for bringing back a beautiful memory. 🌹🥰
Thank you so much!👍
Atmospheric video. Nature and complete solitude!!
Thanks ❤
Gott bless you🎉🎉❤❤
Likewise! Thank you! ❤❤
Cook some soup to warm the cabin up
The stove retains heat for 2 days. Enough to heat the stove once. I did not even close the stove pipe. The stove was made by a competent craftsman. This time I didn't want to boil soup.
Put some water on the stove for hot drinks
There's a big kettle on the stove. It was even enough for me to wash the dishes. There's still half a kettle of boiling water left.
