Hello Nathalie. I started the square exercise and i find it easy to place myhands correctly one After the other on the floor but my legs hardly go more than 30 cm off the ground. Do i need more répétitions of the same exercise or try something else. Thank you so much ❤
Thank you for such video and letting everyone know something needs time and consistency
I finished yourr 30 day couch to handstand course. I find this has really helped me to build on my hand balance and upper body strength. Once I'm more confident, I'm going to follow one of your classes that will take me into a 'free' handstand away from the wall. Thank you. I'm really enjoying your classes. 😊
I find it so hard to push my shoulders after like 10 seconds 😅 my body starts too feel to heavy
Step 2❤
Doing from India 🇮🇳 , Sunny day 😊

Thank you 🙏🏼
Appreciated! Till next time.
Thank you!
Danke ❤lichts für diese wunderschöne Übung, Natalie! 🙏
Vielen Dank :) eine frische Briese für die Sommer Hitze!

Nice 😊
thank you :)
I get red head Immediately upon going upside down This will probably make it Better, but I don't think it'll go away entirely.
It always happens a bit, but if you breathe it's much better and takes much of the edge of: kzread.info/dash/bejne/eYSGxK2PiNC4hdo.html
„…curve even more!“😂 thanks for being so patient with us🫣
Haha, thank you :) Well done for making it all the way until day 15 :) Keep up the good work!
Hi Coach, just wanted to thank you for all the training you share. I have been following you for a year and have finally got my free standing hand stand around my 50th birthday. So happy Subodh
Hallo and thank you for sharing! That's really great to hear! Well done, you put in the work. I hope you keep enjoying your training :) Best wishes and please recommend to others, cause the algorithm won't do it ;)
How tall are you
As tall as Britney Spears!
When holding a normal straight handstand, are you also supposed to round your back like you talk about in the kick up?
If you are at a beginners stage then yes. Because rounding the back = flat back. You can't actually round in a handstand but if you try to do so, then this engages your chest in a way that flattens your back. kzread.info/dash/bejne/i5N9tdN_nM-nlMY.html
Bending your arms in a v- sit is like bending your arms in a handstand, do not practice bending your arms. Keep them locked as you'll need your triceps to stabilise.
Thank you for sharing your thoughts. My elbows hyper extend, in a V-sit it works better for me to slightly bend my elbows. Looking forward to hearing what might work well for others.
Thank you Nataile for breaking down in easy doable steps... Saw so many tutorials online but never able to understand the basics..Thanks a lot 🎉
Thank you for watching, happy that it helps!
Thank you for the recommendation! I WILL try. ❤️
Yay! Thank you :)
Hi Natalie do you have a 30 day to achieve splits ?? I am already doing your 30 days handstand and 3 week to 10 pushups. Tight hamstrings are my concern
Hello and thank you for the suggestion. I will keep it in mind. Happy to hear that you are doing the toher two courses :) Yay!
Hi Natalie, I'm doing this from the South East Coast of England
Yay! I hope the summer sun has reached you too. Waving to you from London.
Danke!
Danke auch :) I hoffe es läuft auch weiter gut.
Amazing, friendly and encouraging instructor. I'm loving this handstand training!
Hello and welcome on board :) Well done for making it all the way until day 17. Let me know how it goes and thank you for the lovely words. Waving to you.
Do you take protein powder
I don't. They might help. I prefer normal nutrition.
this is beautiful and different from other handstand performances i have watched which were also amazing but including story telling in your act makes it more amazing and unique
Thank you for sharing your thoughts and for watching :)
Yes Natalie..please make a series for couch to cart wheel 30days..It would be of great help
Oh wow couch to cartwheel, ok! I didn't think cartwheels are so popular but it seems like they are :)
@@NatalieReckert yes nowadays because of more social media and gymnastics institute they become popular
Hello Natalie. I have successfully realised the hanstand following the 30 day couch to handstand series. It was absolutely awsome! Can you please introduce the cartwheel jump ? Couch to cartwheel may be😉? I just find it easy to break it into smaller steps, and you can do that in a super easy way!
Hiya, so happy to hear that and well done for doing the whole 30 days. Here are two cartwheel videos, If you find the exercises too hard then make them smaller, bend the legs: kzread.info/dash/bejne/kamusKeHpdGoYco.html kzread.info/dash/bejne/kaNkm5KGd9KXeLw.html
@@NatalieReckertthank you so much, dear. I've just seen the vidéos suggested. I like the idea of the square. This perfectly fits my way of thinking. Let's give it a try, then. Thank you again. ♥️♥️♥️ Regards from Algeria♥️♥️♥️
Great stuff Natalie.
Thank you :)
what do you target as a hold time for the v-sit? Love Helga! I have my dogs to "assist" me. maybe a plant woudl be better.
Haha. Aim for 5 seconds in the beginning and then bring it up to 10 over time. 15 seconds is great. 20 seconds is extra awesome. But it's getting the first 5 seconds without dropping the legs, that's the hard bit. Don't firget to breathe if you want to hold longer ;)
Hallo Natalie! Wie gesagt, so gemacht! Danke dass du dei Versprechen so schnell gelöst hast! Very helpful indeed. Ich werde gleich damit anfangen, zumal ich gerade beim Training bin. Viele Grüße! ❤
Super :) Das freut mich sehr zu hören, ist eine schwierige Übung und kostet Kraft. Viele Grüße
@@NatalieReckert Das stimmt wirklich Natalie! Ich neige immer diese Übung zu verschieben und mache stattdessen etwas anderes wie zum Beispiel hanging leg raises. Deswegen finde ich es sehr lieb von dir, das du uns dazu motivierst richtige Kompressionsübungen zu machen. 😉
Hello Natalie, I think I would need to work on my pancake first
Hiya, Try L-sits with a chair :) that's a good start too and a good workout: kzread.infoeO9NF-tUfwY?feature=share
verte es embrujante <3
My goodness this is awesome. Definitely trying this!
You’re a big inspiration for me and my handstands. Mainly your playfulness. So much work goes into it I know but I want to be able to have that same fun. Such a great feeling. ❤
Thank you for the lovely words. It's so important ato find the joy in moving as well as the discipline within it. Waving to you.
The knee straight thing is something I need to remember. Whenever I really straighten my legs and point my toes I see the difference. Soon soon I will be able to press up!
Yes, keep trying that! Straight legs create compression. You'll get there :)
it was fun! adding the extra moves in the kick up or the walking in handstand really helps me to work on polishing my hs and keeping the brain involved but not overthinking everything. thanks!
Hello and thank you for sharing. Happy to hear the variations are useful. Leg movement can help stabilize balance basically by distracting you from trying to balance. Thanks for watching!
Thanks Natalie… ❤for all these years! Still on the wall though 😢
Hello :) It's really hard to wean yourself off the wall. Try with your back to the wall and only very light toe contact. And then try and try and try to find balance by pressing the fingers into the floor. Don't push or bounce off the wall. Grip the floor for control. Stick with it and be persistent and with a sense of lion paws attacking the floor. You'll get there :)
Do the exercises also help to learn the Tuck Pincha? I am currently trying to learn it. Thank you!
Yes definitely. If you get the tuck shape really compact it will help you with that.
Hi Natalie!
Thank you so much Natalie!
❤
👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
Thanks Natalie, great fun class. Till the next time. Cheers.
Yay! Thank you :)
Amazing! Thank you. When I practice kicking up on my own, I tend to overthink and second guess myself. But when I just focus on trying to match your rhythm, I relax and tend to hit a better end position. If I did this with you every 2days or so, I imagine my kick up constancy would improve quite quickly 🤞🤓🤸♀️
Hello and thank you for sharing. I do see this in many of my students and that's why I usually suggest for the kick-ups sets with a rhythm because then the body has the chance to sort things out intuitively. Both thinking and not thinking are important in training. I am happy you feel the benefit of it :)
Hi Natalie! I'm joining you from Japan! It's a rainy day, but that's much better than the super muggy summer days that are normal for this time of year.
Hello and waving to you from London! Wow, I would love to go to Japan one day. Keep up the good work and I hope you are enjoying the progress.
I still can't do a full push-up💔 but I can do the rest of the exercises What do I do??and thank u so much❤️ 7:07
Well done for making it all the ay until day 17. Repeat the last week and lean further front in all exercises, shifting more weight into the hands and shoulders. This will make the exercises harder and help you build the strength for the final big push! You can do it!
This is Wild!!! GREAT JOB 👏🏽👏🏽💪🏽
Haha, thank you :) Happy to hear.
Just found your channel! I’m in between basic shapes and beginning one arm work. Would love a few videos on beginner/intermediate 2 hands sequences
Thank you :) Here are two I would recommend: kzread.info/dash/bejne/opWup62hnKScXag.html kzread.info/dash/bejne/fap3pZehpcywgbw.html
