This channel is a window into our world of sculpting. My wife, Charisse and I have been creating instructional sculpting materials since 1993 in the form of books, videos, specialty tools and plaster reference casts for artists around the world. Through these videos we also share some of the techniques I teach in my classes.

😊 très bien expliqué

What exact materials did you use in this video?
Why do you have to remove the middle of the sculpture?

All most looks like the clay that your using is to soft.....???????
Great work....where did you get that kind of clay from...where at......real good form...
❤
After watching it several times I got it. Couldn t you seperate the plaster pieces with something very thin instead of doing this procedure with clay stripes?
I don't get the mold procedure, maybe you must show it again.
Do you happen to know why it isn’t necessary to scratch and slip when adding material? Is it just a really soft clay body or something??
Thank you for sharing this.
Скульпторы великие люди. Мне всё время хочется их спросить:-Как вы это делаете? 🙃🙃🙃😃😃😃 Браво 👏👏👏
Hermosa Linda ❤❤❤❤
Aula simplesmente perfeita, obrigada!
Can you make David and Frida please?
Just watched this video. Thank you for sharing.
I'm just so amazed at how confidently he could move. A novice sculptor would take much longer to place the features. Each stroke was so decisive!
why would one have to hollow a statue / sculpture ? Would it do damage to just stay as it was ? Won't clay dry up / get all hard ?
крипота, что такие зубы здоровенные и даже при улыбке прячутся под нижней губой
once you have the portrait, have you considered getting it 3D scanned and thus getting smaller/larger versions of it produced via 3D printing?
Stunning ❤
GREAT.....❤
👏👏👏♥️♥️♥️
Great work.
❤
I took a Seminar from you in 1998. We were sculpting a head and then we learned to make a mould from it. Mine was an Ethiopian lady. You are the best!!😁
What do you use for soften the skin?
Thank you so much for a good guide! Great results! 🙏👏
מדהים ומלמד

Love watching this. Thanks for sharing. Impressive! What music is it - very pleasant!
Brilliant Philippe! Please tell me, do you fire your original sculptures? And if so, before or after you make the mould? Thanks from a beginner :-)
