    Got deactivated with a 4.8 rating, a 99% acceptance rate and 2193 deliveries. I Appealed and still wasn't brought back on. Many gig apps are deactivating lots of people for no reason. It's only going to get worse. I'm just glad Lexofix turned out to be legit and got my account back.

    Basically what happened with me was I got an Aldi order at like 8 :15, turns out aldi closes at 8 which I didn't even realize upon taking the order. When I got to the store I was prompted to photograph the store hours for half pay and started receiving more orders after. I haven't really had many closed store orders since I started dashing but yet I got deactivated over something that we as drivers can't even control because this is how I made extra cash. Apparently, I followed up with support, and wasn't helpful at all. Thankfully I contacted lexofix about this last week and today is my 3rd day back on the job

    The shitty thing is DD does not tell you you’ve been deactivated. They just let you drive around like a jobless person with a doordash bikebag on your back, (giving them free advertising) meanwhile you don’t get orders. This company… they’re shady AF. They are very juvenile in their business behavior and ethics. After 5 years of being a top dasher, they just… fcuk you off…all for downloading an app. #Lexofix is worth every penny. They provide high-quality service that is unmatched by any other account recovery out there I literally owe them everything.

    Recently i went into the dasher app and i saw that i was locked out of my account for a background check. i received an email shortly after saying my account was unable to be unlocked and i believe it was due to an accident i was in last year, since this was the only incident that came up in the background check. However their reasoning for deactivating is that i am not “currently privileged to drive a passenger vehicle or motorcycle.” I’m not sure what to do since i’ve already emailed them and showed them my license. Anyway, I'm glad it's all resolved now and Lexofix got me back to work. How they did in less than 24 hours I will never comprehend but I'm back to work and I'm so eager.

    I was deactivated earlier today for verbal assault. I’ve never spoken badly to a customer. I was delivering to an apartment complex, and the customer did a really good job with his instructions about how to get to his unit. I texted him “great instructions” Most customers are horrible at saying where they live. He responded, “All good man”, apartments are a pain in the ass to navigate. Surely he wouldn’t have reported me for that. I've been trying tirelessly to get my account back and they won't until I read the remarks about “Lexofix” and was able to get me reinstated without too much anxiety. I'm so furious because I recently bought a dashcam but haven't set it up yet.

    Been a full time dasher for 2 yrs and worked everyday with a 4.95-4.97 rating for the most part. I was suspended over fraud which I'm not even for sure what I did or how I did it. I finished a double order one day an after I hit complete order I was suspended shortly after. I tried to appeal and was denied. I emailed them maybe 5 times, but got no more responses after the 2nd time. I'm glad I didn't give up tho. Cause it took #Vinzetech one hour to do what support couldn't do in 2 months.

    I had over 5,000 deliveries and perfect customer ratings in my square mile town area, and they deactivated the over 90% completion rate, they got me fuming but I'm Coming to Terms of breaking up with them😅

    I have a hard time believing any of these types of videos anymore Two reasons: 1. They're affiliated, they have to make it seem fruitful 2. I've worked in New York, only once on a Friday, full day, non-stop, I made only 295$ at the most 10,000 is a dream that never ever happens

    I used to be a truck driver. I started working for Doordash over a year ago and, naturally, suspended the Class A endorsement on my license since it costs money to renew and I won't be driving a truck anymore. This is a normal, voluntary suspension. Doordash saw a "suspension" on my Checkr background report, assumed it was my driver license that was suspended, and deactivated me. I sent explanations and proof to Doordash but has been adamant that my deactivation is permanent. It's been 3 weeks. I've sent them several appeals, but they deny each one. ‘Vinzetech ' restored my account after support denied my appeals five bloody times and ignored my emails. That's a God sent no cap. Thanks for those who kept mentioning him

    I've done 700 deliveries, have a 4.9 rating, 94% on time, non stop great customer feed back week in and week out.Then out of the blue THEY deactivated me permanently three weeks. I'm mystified. No reason, no mail, no explanation nothing. Support really needs to do better. Vinzetech helped me and gave me back my job this morning. I imagine the absolute worst if I hadn't met him. Would probably still be unemployed wondering where it all went down hill

    I woke up for my scheduled dash to the email my account has been deactivated for the independent agreement violation or something like that. It says they received a report about abusive language. The only situation I recall is the other day at Jersey Mike's, one of their employees asked if I wanted to buy some weed. I don't mind thst stuff at all but got bothered by it and said something to the guy. After he hands me the order i started leaving and he and three others started following me out of the store. Then I said something to them. Hours later I was deactivated. I appealed but they ignored me. Found the feedbacks about #Vinzetech helping dashers and gave it a shot. I enjoy doing this. My ratings are exceptional in all categories.

    My account was deactivated be someone lied about never receiving their order. After trying to appeal twice, even providing proof that I did in fact complete the order, after they're "investagting" they said they were unable to confirm if I completed the delivery and my deactivation would stand. I'm only a dasher today because I found the comments about vinzetech. I was reactivatd a few hours ago and had to come back and leave my feedback to the hundreds others who have been affected by this.

    Yesterday I followed navigation and it led me to a house that I believed to be my delivery point, but a few hours after I dropped it off, I received "your account has been deactivated". Comes to find out I accidentally delivered to the wrong address. So I headed back to that location and to my surprise the items are still there, I load it up and take them to the correct place and wrote a note to customer explaining what had happened. Didn't help. I told Vinzetech my worries and after explaining my situation to him, he reactivated my account

    I chatted door dash support and asked them if they could unassign me from an order without penalty as I felt unsafe in a bad area of Cleveland. When they said that it wasn’t possible, I ended the chat. I never confirmed with them to unassign the order, I just asked if they could unassign me without it affecting my completion rate. Once I ended the chat I noticed that my account was immediately deactivated. I’m very upset as not only did they not help me, they made the situation worse. I sent in multiple appeals all were to no avail. No account violations, 2500 deliveries, 4.93 ratings, haven't even dashed in 5 days and all of a sudden I was deactivated... unimaginable! I was only reactivated because Lexofix assisted

    They did my account passive in pandemic time I didn't do any delivery on DoorDash. Last year they gave me bonus for 25 delivery I didn't do. After I saw they deleted my account. I send them email for reactivate my account many times but they didn't give me any feedback. I was trying to look for an alternative means to reactive my account which I contact Vinzetech

    My account from 2011 was deleted, i have never found it complete forgot about it until my friend was sent a request from it today, i went and looked and all the sudden it is deactivated with everything still on there i have no access to get back into the account. I contact the recommended guy Vinzetech my account is perfectly fixed::

    I don't know if it's all Asian Sushi joints but the one by me is the same way, there will be not one customer in that restaurant and literally I have an order of one sushi roll and it takes literally over an hour to be made, they say oh wait 15 minutes or even then I'm like God damn but then it literally is over an hour and where I'm at we can't really park anywhere and if we do it's paid to park in Asbury park, I know the name LOL the irony Asbury Park hard to park yes I know but we have to usually keep our hazards on outside the front, man I'm telling you I had to drive around the block eight times until that order was ready all for that customer to cancel but they still took forever to make one sushi roll😅😅

    So with the new completion rate thing had to be 90%, my rate was at 88%. They said they was resetting rates so I’m like ok I’ll just stay above 100% well nope, I got deactivated cause apparently mine didn’t get resetted. Submitted an appeal three times and called support three times, first time, they said give it a few days, waited then called again, second time, support said I could make a new account with a new email and number and I’ll be back. I thought you couldn’t do that? Called the next day to make sure and talked to someone else and they said I can’t do that and I’ll have to wait three months for my info to be deleted off their system then I can make a new account. I'm glad I didn't give up tho cause it took LEXOFIX less than 24 hours to do what Support couldn't do in 3 months.

    I try not to unassign orders but the times that I do, either the restaurant doesn't have the order (which happens quite a bit), times where the restaurant tells me someone else has picked up the order, or it's taking too long. I submitted an appeal but i try not to unassign and i still got deactivated. I wish doordash would just get their shit together, there are many dashers who depend on doordash to feed their kids. So for all of you who read my remarks earlier in the week, I am once again a dasher in good status because of “lexofix”.

    So at first I got deactivated and I outlined for an appeal, then a few days later I tried to log In and it said there was no account associated with my email, so I made a new one and got all the way to the point where I was ready to dash, and boom deactivated again. I called support they said file another appeal, which I did, and the very same thing happened. Deactivated. Anyway glad it's all resolved now and #Lexofix got me back to work. How they did it under twelve hours I will never know but I'm back to work and I'm so Excited.

I found it difficult to do the steps by myself, thanks to you for being a life savers, I'm really happy seeing his name everywhere in the comments. It says a lot about his good work, Advice for the new dashers. Don't steal people's orders. Don't go to the store and get the food and think just bc u didn't hit "confirm pickup" you might think you will get away but trust me doordash we deactivate your account without warning. Also don't decline too many small orders!! Bc vour ratings is what really matters. Always remember to drive safe too. If you feel like you can't do the order cancel

    I know I delivered it to the right house because I live very close by and have been down that street a billion times. I just really wish I took a picture for proof. Well that was how I got deactivated wrongly tried every possible means to get back on DD all to no avail someone from the comment section recommended THEGIGNERD who was able to recover my account.

    Got Deactivated saying I was under the influence well I started dashing for the first time in awhile. At 5.30pm l ended my dash . An hour later I get an email from door dash stating my account is being deactivated because I was delivering under the influence of drugs and alcohol which I was not. I am a safe driver with a clean driving record that does not partake in drugs nor drinking and driving. After sending doordash an appeal the operations team decided I was guilty of doing so and that they will not reactivate my account... as a dasher with a 99% delivering satisfaction I was extremely disappointed I am being faced with this. Luck came shining when a friend suggested I get help from thegignerd which I did and got reactivated

    I was Bitter about being deactivated for low completion rating. My completion rate is always low, main reason is restaurants being extremely slow. consistently waiting a long time for orders makes Dashing pointless. Also sometimes when I accept I'll learn more about the order and determine it will be a waste of time (time consuming delivery instructions, a shopping order with difficult to find items, etc). After being reactivated by *thegignerd* I’m now working on upgrading my rate to avoid being deactivated again
