  Really great takeaways! Loved the idea about making a notes to calm down and relieve some stress - simply fabulous tip! My personal way to relax and get a bit less nervous - "a samurai" technique meaning you have to internally to live up the situation "the worst case scenario" had happened and you accepted it and go ahead to an interview to gain just experience.

  Hallo Victoria, ich haben deinen Channel gestern entdeckt und ich mag den Mix aus Vlogs, Mode und Lifestyle wirklich sehr. Danke für die tollen Buchempfehlungen. Ich habe auch lange geglaubt, dass ich hochsensibel bin, da es meine Probleme im Alltag noch am besten erklärt hat, aber es kann auch Autismus sein.
