I read a lot of comments about 'underrated' musicians on KZread. Most don't fit the bill, it's just someone griping that their musician isn't listed higher on some arbitrary list. This dude could play and sing like a boss. Very underrated. Reminds me a little of Rory Gallagher, perhaps the most underrated rock musician of all.

If you have never scratched or juggled this song, you're not a Hip-hop DJ and if you've never heard a DJ scratch and/or juggle this song, you're not a Hip-hop head.

Underappreciated talent! The lead guitarist also is the rhythm guitarist by way of a stellar double neck 12 string and 6 string guitar affording the opportunity to switch between both duties....all whilst ALSO happens to be the lead singer...if you dont understand music theory or instruments as well as rhythm, harmony and melody....its a pretty amazing feat! Props to this MF'er lol!!! Amazing band

Pure talent and he should have been granted another chance in the music industry, can't believe he was scorned over a video over a great song Rock Me Tonight. No one else sounds even close to him, still the songs of my youth and today!

I like some of Billy's songs, but this looks like it came out in 1986, not 1991. It was pretty dated by then.
