Hi Mr. Rose, do you have a silencer in your saxophone? Yours doesn't sound so loud as mine.
Are you guy still producing these?
Excellent man..
Nope it took a year to get control over tone though keys were easier , it’s difficult and fun at the same time , we need to take care of Neighbours lol
A simple yet very useful video
Is this guy still online?
Thank you good video 😊
Chromatic scales are so undervalued in pretty much all circles outside of jazz lol
great tutorial, thanks! Little mistake on A sharp you show on graphic highest of the three and you press lowest
Awesome video! Thank you!
DONT YOU HAVE TO TRANSPOSE TRAID CORDS FROM KEYBOARD TO ALTO SAX CAN YOU EXPLAIN THE BEST WAY TO DO THIS? THANKS!!
Difference between Tenor and Alto sax?????????????? Witch one should I buy? And do they come in different keys? LOVE ya simple explanations btw!
8:14 is it just me or is this interval (the jump from fully open to the first note of the higher octave) halfway between a whole tone and a semitone? It sounds the same on my sax and I can't figure out how to fix it
I like saxophone very much too.
Very helpful and nicely done! Thx. :D [edit] This is fantastic. Thank you so much! (My first sax just arrived today. 😂 ) [/edit] [edit2] Finally read the description(?). There's a typo to fix if you care: s/paSed/paCed. And, lol, I'm definitely an adult earner -- recently retired. :) [/edit2] [edit3] Damn, I can't find Part 2! [/edit3]
😂😂😂
Great looking hat dude!
Dikke probs naar deze vent. Je hebt me namelijk zwaar overtuigd om mijn weg naar het worden van een goede saxephonist vanaf morgen te beginnen!
Love it

Great content. Congratulation..thanks. ❤
This is the video I most commonly recommend for "starting out' players
Very good teacher
I’m not scared of my saxophone jackass. If I was, then I would not be playing it for god sake.
Do you have a video on subtoning on alto?
the saxophone is easy to learn how to play but difficult to play well, meaning you won't sound pleasant for a while (years).
thanks friend really helps with he finger chart.
It is true about trying to improve through expensive setup does not help however one of the difficulty of the sax at the start is the frustration (and stress) you get from bad sound and especially not knowing exactly where that squeak comes from. Is it me? Is it a leak somewhere on the sax? Is it a bad reed? In order to avoid setbacks due to frustrations, you need to trust your instrument. My advice is to get good quality student level instrument and gears right from the start (it is pretty shitty toose weeks of progress just because a cheap ligature that leaks). It worth it to spend a few hundred dollars more to get a good learning experience. And at the end if you realise that sax is not for you, a good quality student sax is easy to resale and keeps a good value on the market whereas a cheaper one does not and is more difficult to resale.
U Were Excellent Like To Know From U
Nice
Can You show how to play "Say Yes" by floerty? Like a solo and licks too?
Lovely scenery as well as great sax! 👌👌👏👏
I like this idea a lot! Thank you Florian..👏👏👌👌😁
Am totally new to improvising & only been playing generally (with sheet music) around 6 months both on alto & tenor. I found this video to be very enlightening! Now I’m going to dig out all my favourite songbooks/ chords (that I can’t always find sax music to) & a few of my own basic songs & start doing this right away! I do have a question for you if I may? I have hundreds of backing tracks ( from when I used to sing) so if the backing track says it’s in F which key sheet music should I look for on each sax as a starting point? Many thanks. Jilly
