Congratulations on passing the CSS exam. But after doing MBBS, you have done CSS and not purused medical profession, which is a bit confusing on your clarity about career goals.
It is definitely not confusing she want best that's why she went for competitive exams css is the toughest exam on country level she couldn't get all this protocol respect and recognition on national level in mbbs
What I consider the message behind your story is success isn't what your dream is , and getting success in it , but success is when you fail and then try ,then get up and all the same again and again . Obviously there is no shortcut to success . For this you have to go through all as you ❤ As giving up shouldn't be an option in the way of success , similarly trying up after failure should be an option on top in the way of success . All the glitters is not gold. No one can talk about the dark perspective of civil services. Because we are so obsessed with the power and that actually make us blind. There is not even a single aspirant who actually knows about this corrupt shahi system. We all want to become an officer just because we want to enjoy the privileges and protocol. But we never think about the price which we will actually pay. We will never know about the underground mafia system run by these bureaucrats until or unless we become the part of that system. So before going through that preparation phase self introspection is much important. Agar khofe Khuda rakhty ho agr darde Dil rakhty ho agr sakoon chahty ho tu wapis lout jaoo. A csp officer is not more than the 24 hour servant of mafia.

In journey of life, persons set their goals & work hard to achieve it without knowing that they will succeed or not with the name of Allah.They give their full efforts & manage all other responsibilities during study although they are doing job or married. CSS is for corrupt bureaucrats that is to ruin the govt.CSS is definitely a most overrated and over hyped field you will see in Pakistan, it’s basically is trash unless you are a corrupt piece of sht, you can’t do anything without listening to your higher ups and if you ignore the orders they will transfer you again and again unless you break not worth it.

Well mam one of my friend also didn't got allocation because he was currently serving in IRS group. He on the other hand had passed all the tiers ( written , physiological, and interview) but sadly he was no where in the list
