I always try to read English books, but the problem is I'm not good at English. And I cannot understand the meaning of most of the words, this is the reason I cannot get the essence of the book. If I search for the meaning of words it distracts me and the overall flow of reading disrupts. What should I do? Does anybody else have the same problem? Please guide. Thanks in advance!

I want to read the book entitled " 21 Lessons for the 21st Century" by Yuval Noah Harari , an Israeli writer and researcher.
