  Mechanically it is the best game so far, but the maps it had are so mediocre, that it can’t compete with other games. If it had mod tools, or custom maps, or even a zombies chronicles type expansion with lots of original maps it would be the best

  I mean it has the longest campaign (even though the story is frustrating) best zombies and arguably one of the most fun mutiplayers in the series. Everything that recent titles lacks.

  Funny joke my guy. Everything in Cold War in terms of zombies past Die Machine is just extremely mediocre or bad, and even Die Machine had its flaws.

  Cold War is decent. I think y’all was starved of Decency so when it came along y’all clung to it. There was cool parts of CW but overall it felt way too much like a multiplayer experience, the story is extremely underwhelming, the HUD is ugly because it’s cluttered and stuffed with useless info. And the Currency system is pretty bad compared to before. Seems like they can sell us any zombies as long as we see Jugg and a familiar character lmao. They thought putting Richtofen would make it better 😭😭😭 give it 3-5 years. They’re gonna bring back the original crew and retcon bo4

  If i’m being honest, i’ve played around 800 hours of bo3 zombies, got atleast round 50 on everymap, except the waw remakes (too boring lol), and despite all that, i’ve never gotten a sword on shadows. For some odd reason, it always seemed too complicated. Despite the fact that i’m completely capable of getting all bows on DE solo and doind most easter eggs (fuck zestubou) on my own. Something about shadows always turned me away.

  I consider it a wash in terms of benefits and detriments. Ammo Crates, the progression system, and the increasing cost of perks with no limit are the three big positives from Cold War. However, a boss every three rounds, uninspired maps, pack-a-punch overhaul and points only for killing zombies holds it back. I will admit that BO3 is only the best because of Zombie Chronicles. I’d consider it second after Black Ops if it was judged on just its own maps. Glad they brought back PhD, but Elemental Pop’s logo is too close to Deadshot Daiquiri (which I also don’t like the new logo) It should be an atom which would look cool and give it its own identity.

  The main hate from the community stems from the lack of finality from revelations as well tag … bringing Sam back in fire base z makes the fan base think the story will continue. Focusing on outbreak instead of finishing this 15 year long story is just asinine. Finish story then start on out break but hey that’s my take

  Not even close …. Waw, Black ops, BO2 B03 all better then Cold war . Even BO4 was better . Imo . Im just to attached to Ultimis,Primis and Victus , i’m hoping Victus are found in the Dark Ether and make an appearance, for me they should of been the main crew for cold war .

  It's not bad, but it can be far better. Tbh if Cold War had harder boss, fights harder ee steps, and not so broken field upgrades it would be top 3 best zombies possible putting it at 2 or 1. However since this is not the case it sits at 4 or 5.

  Interesting to see how this game mode has changed (for the better) since its inception. Super sprinters now spawn after 10 elite waves so once you have all 10 perks (as long as you haven’t went down) and it’s pretty fast paced, one of the best ways to get your weapons maxed out

  It’s rare seeing KZreadrs actually being positive and pointing out the good things Cold War zombies did. I’m so sick and tired of this cringe circle jerk of “OG zombies players” that refuse any innovation. I’ve been playing since I was 10 on black ops one. I think it would be a very bad thing to go back to the 4 perk limit with weapons that stop killing past round 30 like bo1, that got very old and dated over time.

  Shi No Numa reborn is an incredible map. It’s beautiful and plays pretty well. Not enough for me to reinstall the game in 2024, but it’s good. The multiplayer, for all its faults, was a really good experience, too.

  I would argue Bo3 zombies is where it went downhill. They started catering to a niche community of easter egg hunters instead of casual players who want a fun experience with an immersive ambience. In that regard, WWII zombies was excellent but it was slept on because the game it came with was trash (and the armor system sucked)

  what i love about this game is the fact that the skill ceiling is high and it's pushing me to get better in other fps, my favorite call of duty of all time. The manually healing is a great feature, specialist are cool. The only bad thing in my opinion is the streaks, once you had them, you just got free kills and when the other team has it, it's so frustrating.
