If you want a buget magnetic 5X5 is the meilong M is very good, but if you want a 5x5 over 20 dolars we have the Mgc 5x5, or even if you want the best 5x5 in the market we have the X man 5x5 , and the Gan 5x5

Smartcubes have apps that can show you the time splits after every solve and in general can help you train certain phases, e.g. only F2L. As others have already stated, there are good smartcubes out there for a lot less than 100usd by now.

5:25 it does recons (recontructions), times the solves, tells the tps, how many time you spend on each step, removes pickup time so you get an unrealistic prespective of your times, gives suspicious scrambles and let's you compete online with random people. The suspicious scrambles aren't a problem because cstimer supports smart cubes tho, but if you use cstimer you don't get those other stuff.

5:00 gan I carry is kinda cheap for a smart cube (in comparation to all the others) beeing only 30$, but it's not something really on priority list
