  Imo youre right. Hardtale is underrated asf, time stop is actually enought to make him stronger that horror, classic ,fell, outer, swap, geno, and more of similar tier sanses. Edit is W btw.

  Dream is actually pretty weak, he was beat by NM who has no speed feats besides his tentacles, which are Sub-Sonic at best

  @@Hyperdust. No he does not, the only universal thing he has is his hax which are useless since he uses those to make everything around him negative, he has no speed feats, no strength feats, really, the only "good" feat he has is that his tentacles move at Sub-Sonic speeds

  To debunk the "it's magic!" Thing, monsters should be able to replicate stuff like electricity. Since there are multiple statements in undertale like "woshua is rinsing off pizza" meaning his water magic does have properties of water. Or statements like washuas water smelling like detergent. Or Knight Knight's magic "smelling like stardust". Also vulkin literally makes a cloud that shoots electricity, in vsbw terms "Cloud-to-ground lightning is considered to be real lightning, as long there is nothing suggesting otherwise."

  Alr let me explain this. im using is Xtale - 0.2. Cross sans destroyed an ink wall, which was calced to Building level. For speed, cross made a sonic boom against the xtale cast which was calced to mach 1.29 or supersonic. Dust sans has 39 ATK if you do the math (you gain 2 ATK each LV) Meaning hes above Knight Knight who can make meteors which were calced to small building lvl. Dust sans also scales to frisks speed via being able to dodge frisks attacks. Frisk dodged electricity which was calced to mach 3.05. Or Supersonic. Dust sans has slightly higher speed then cross sans, and can also do small building levels of damage per tick, Dust wins with extreme difficulty.

  All that you just said was incorrect, those are MONSTER attacks, they're not actual lightning, otherwise Frisk would've been 1 shot at each one of them, it's already explained in the game that the attacks the monsters make target the SOUL, so those "meteors" are just rocks , and that electricity is probably just generated monster magic, Cross negs (since he doesn't use UT battle box logic unlike Murder who does)

  Well for starters, he's almost the strongest monster in the underground as stated by fell paps in one of the comics, so basically close to a boss monster, which Horror isn't as strong as a boss monster, means he gets solo'd by Fell

  @@fictey Because he's still sans, just with slightly better physical capabilities and shitty stamina, like WAY SHITTIER than any sans AU with smaller stamina than classic, oh and he's also hungry, therefore making his stomach randomly hurt which is a minus, he also has no blasters, and the only good feat he has is breaking the core which Asgore could too with a single trident

  @@gaztalesans2751 1. his physical abilities are not “slightly” better. 2. You basically just said that horror is on the level of a boss monster by saying that asgore could destroy the core (which I’m not even sure is true) and sans could too.

  @@fictey I said with a single trident, that's horror's ONLY good feat, Asgore has the better feat by messing up your battle menu which only the human can see, Asgore also has a shit ton of stamina due to being a boss monster, a LOT more than average monsters, and yes, his physical abilities ARE only slightly better, being able to rip off a human's arm is no good feat, besides that Asgore can destroy a universal being's button without breaking a sweat, that same button that only they can see the button
