    Uou drew that all perfect. Do you have a lot of practice with those mandalas? I try practice every day. Well almost every day if permitting. Because I'm am homeless and it's hard trying to find quite time to concentrate. I try to help people always. But I carry all my art supplies rather then clothes or homeless supplies. I rather carry ART SUPPLIES. Lol but you are talented my dear. 💯 percent keep up the beautiful art.

    Sarah I want to lose 10 kg and on day 4 I have lost 3.4 kg When I have lost all i don't won't to gain it but when I will break my fast there is a party at my home I will eat alot that day can u tell me how can I don't gain weight back😢

    You cannot lose 3.4kgs of fat in 4 days. What you lost is mostly water, when you don’t have carbs in your body you’re body doesn’t hold onto as much water. Remember our bodies are mostly water. So most of this will return when you resume eating. 1kg of fat can give your body around 7,700 calories of energy. So if you require 2000calories a day it will take about a week of fasting to loose 1kg of actual fat If we could lose 3.4kgs of fat in 4 days we would be too good at surviving. Our bodies would be pretty inefficient.

    If you had done a 90 day water fast, would you refeed the same? While you water fasted, did you set a minimum for the amount of water you drank each day? I am currently on day 6 of a 90 day water fast, so I was curious. I haven’t been hungry but I’ve noticed I haven’t been drinking much water 👀

    Good question! If I did a longer fast, I'd ease my way into food much longer. For breaking a 90 day fast, I'd spend a week drinking liquids like broths or light soups before moving onto small salads for another week before then checking to see how sensitive the stomach is to more solids foods. Everyone responds differently! As for the water intake, I didn't really keep track at first to be honest. I drank when I was thirsty, had hunger pains, or headaches. When I developed swollen ankles tho about midway of my fast, it was a sign for me to up my water intake so I was taking in almost 72-100 ounces of water (9-12 cups). I'm very small though so a bigger person will need more water! :) Best of luck to you!

    @@brylinskipa I went to day 26. I had to stop. Apparently, I am one of those who should only do a lengthy fast with medical supervision 🥺 I did lose 40 lbs. I just ordered a Nama J2 juicer and want to start juicing and water fasting soon. Each week I will probably water fast 4 days and then juice the other three and/or rotate fasting 3 days/juicing 4. On my juice days, I think I will still allow myself to have meat though but definitely cutting out grains, processed food, dairy, bad oils, refined sugar, etc. 🤓

    I haven't tried it personally but I read some people trying it - I'm sure it would help cleanse your system out but I'm not sure how it would be during a long term fasting!

    For clarification, I didn't count the first introduction because I kept them separated overnight since I wasn't confident they'd get along. Anytime you separate two guinea pigs during the intro phase, the introduction starts over so I redid the intro the next day. When things didn't go well though that day in the AM, that's when I just decided to do the bath. Hope this video helps and thanks for watching!

    Its not the universe, its GOD. He gives us trials to test our faith or to see if we will cone to him. Thats how i interpret it, if you dont believe in him it does not change the fact that Lord Yeshua does exist. He is always there for us every step of the way never leaving our side. You will know when he isnt with you when you no longer feel his presence and thats when he has taken his followers and is preparing his return. Trust me that you dont want to be here when stuff goes down. All you have to do is just make a relationship with him by talking to him like you normally would anyone else. Read the bible or have it read to you on audible or youtube. No more excuses as to why you cant. At this point its that you dont want to.

    I agree with part of your comment except I am a Pantheist though which means I believe God and the Universe are all connected and to me they both mean the same thing. I am open to most concepts of God regardless of language or origins. I associate God with the Universe because that is what aligns with me and has for many years now. Some people talk to God, I talk to the Universe. Some people pray to God, I pray to the Universe. I do not resonate with the bible or go to church, but I still believe and practice my faith in a way that feels right to me and this approach has helped me grow tremendously on a spiritual level. It may come off as an excuse to you, but that's only the case if you're comparing me to you.

    I am preparing to do a 40 day water fast. Thank you for your experience. One measure I heard from a doctor who runs a clinic in which he prescribes water fasting to his patients. He said the recovery time should be half of the fasting time. Coming off off a long fast too quickly can cause heartattacks due to an imbalance of electrolytes, so I am planning to have some Pedialyte or something similar. I have heard also that when we fast long term, we increase our spiritual connection to Holy Spirit. I have often wondered why Jesus fasted for 40 days. Jesus told us "when you fast." He did not say if you fast. It makes sense that the devil would take away the knowledge of fasting from us through his minions. Some people say that fasting "extends life." It is not an extension of life to live longer than most people who shorten life. Our bodies are designed to live 120 and God told us that is how long he will allow us. So to extend life would mean to live longer than 120 years. God has blessed you Sara. You even have a very Biblical name.

    Is it ok to throw up while refeeding. I just had coconut water , carrot juice but i vomited 2 times. Please reply maam. Am worried.

    It is just a shock to your stomach. You probably learned this already, but for others review. Raw vegetables are harder on the stomach than well cooked vegetables.

    great video Sarah. this is the first video I've seen from a person that actually did a long water fast and shared their regime of breaking it. I'm on a 30-day waster fast and I'm currently half way. The longest I've done is 25 days and after drinking the bone broth my ankles and legs were swollen. and test drinking plenty of water corrected that in 2 days

    Thank you! I hope you're getting great results from your fast so far! I wish I had done my fast longer but my body told me it was time to end it haha. I definitely agree about the swollen ankles and legs, I experienced it too and it was a sign I wasn't drinking enough water and moving enough and I'm glad to hear my own experiences helped ya'.     Hi, thank you for this video! I needed to see this bc I entirely messed up my last refeeding even though I was trying to research the best foods, but there are so many different opinions. I appreciate that you went into details of refeeding days and said what worked for you. I also wanted to ask you about your hair during water fasting. Did you experience any excessive or unusual hair loss?

    Hi Seille! Thank you for your comment! There really are different options that was kind of overwhelming for me so that's why I made this video :) For my hair, I didn't experience much hair loss but I think it's because I spent a month eating super clean before actually doing the water fast - I guess it wasn't so hard on body after that? If you're trying it on impulse, your body may undergo stress and hair loss is common - just nothing like bald patches! Take it easy during your fast so your body doesn't overwork itself and you reduce crazy side effects like hair loss. I actually experienced more hair loss doing keto than water fasting which is really weird but it's different for everyone I guess! Best wishes to ya'!

    @@SarahMariLucas Thank you :) I did multiple prolonged wfs over a year ago, and I did experience some hair loss during and after, but the worst was when I was afterward on keto. I don't know why the hair loss happened, but it was probably because of multiple factors. I pushed myself through many prolonged wfs in a short time, and my body wasn't adapted to fat, and on top of it, I had too short refeeding periods in between fasts, and my body seemed to be struggling as a result of it all. This last time (two weeks ago, after a year long break) I went for 11 days, it went so well. I don't know if I experienced any extra hair loss, but people say that it can still occur two months after wf, however, with the proper nutrition after wf, it can be avoided in some cases. I would like to do the 21 day wf as fast as possible because it makes me feel calm, but right now, I am taking a break because I don't want to put my body through too much stress. Like you said, it is really important to take it easy.

    If fasting longer the 72 hours, I would NOT break it with apple cider vinegar. This will increase acidity levels. This will throw off your PH and your pulse will actually become louder while you sleep causing irregular breathing patterns and trouble sleeping. It isn't the worst thing but will definitely effect sleep

    Hello Sarah, I had a question I'm on my 27th day water fast I started a deficit on the 22nd of December at 5"11 and 218.2 lbs at 30 bmi and 26% body fat pure obese. My TDEE was 2300 calories at that time, and I was eating way over 3000 calories a day before the 22nd and so on the 22nd I dropped 500 calories from my TDEE so I started with 1700 calories. Then about a week later I decided to drop my calories for a total of 1000 calories and so my deficit was down to 1300 calories I was doing that deficit up until the 5th of January. During the week before the 5th, I leaned about water fasting and my initial goal was to do 7 days which the first week was the worse but once I got close to day 7, I learned a lot about an extended fast and the benefit of. Then I decided to do the 21 days water fast and now once I was close to 21 days I liked the results and so I decided to do a 30-40 day water fast seeing that I can short cut weight and body fat to ideal weight and workout from there. Also to mention the other weeks were nothing but the worse thing, I dealt with was bad taste, bad breath, insomnia, a tad bit of weakness here and there nothing to worry about. I didn't work out but one thing I want to mention I have not had a bowl movement since I've been on a water fast, but I have a lot of energy and feel find somewhat nausea, but I've been drinking 4 water bottles each day somedays less somedays more and so far, I have had no problems but at day 27 I lost 40.4 lbs I started off at 218.6 and now I am at 178.2 lbs, 24.9 bmi, and 18.2% body fat. I plan to go 10 more days I have been losing about 1.3 lbs a day and I want to get to 160-165 lbs and about 15% body fat then I will start my workout to get definition I will still be doing keto but not in a deficit I will maintain my weight, but I will be aiming for body fat % to go down to about 13% I will want to gain about 10 lbs of muscle and weight around 170-175 lbs for my fine goal body. Now sorry for the ramble but I wanted people to read my experience but my question for you Sarah is when you started with bone broth to break your fast how much bone broth did you drink each time like on the 1st day how much was your first cup of bone broth and then when did you drink another cup and how many times that day did you drink bone broth with what amount and of course the same for the 2nd and 3rd day and so on?

    Yes, we need to talk about bowel movements in relation to fasting more! So many times a video testimony will end with the person sitting down to a full meal, like everything is fine and will be normal. My first multiple day fast, I had no idea what to expect when i started eating again, and i didn't take it slow enough and could not go far from bathroom. Now im about to do a 30 day fast, and due to my work I cant go to the bathroom whenever I want to, so I have to take it VERY easy.

    Absolutely! You definitely wont go poo when you start fasting - unless you eat heavy before you start then you may. You will pee often though which can be a pain if you aren't able to go to the bathroom often at work. If I knew I was going to be away from a bathroom, I held off on drinking tons of water which helped me get through a shift. This is probably why some have put off doing a water fast is because it does require an adjustment, even more so for 30 day water fasts! Either way, best of luck to your water fasting journey and hope you have great results!
