I feel that you would have to be a lot bigger to make this fighting style more effective. Pushing with the shoulder and body requires a lot more size and weight to unbalance the opponent…

Man Baji Quan is a really powerful and can destroy our enemy, the elbow technique can break and do seriously damage on chest and ribs! I saw this technique on the Shenmue game and i am here to see in real life. Is really a wonderful defense and counter attack technique.

I seeing this repeatedly: the defender blocks a punch on the inside as though the attacker only has one arm. The defender does his thing, but what about the attacker's other hand? He isn't going to just stand there with it by his side? I know what I am talking about. I've been in fights before.

the biggest problem of traditional martial arts practicioner is, that they think the form == application. Which is not. The form is a way to train your body, strength and vectors of force. Which you than can apply with most different shapes, leaving the outer shape of the form

1 - start progressively - 2 - do endless abs (the PROPER way: without using your hands as a support. This way you will train your NECK and your head to be FIRM while performing this exercise. Our Martial Arts Explain technical book will be out soon, and questions like these will be all answered. Thank you - Fabio Zambelli
