No idea what your tire pressure is and hearing you talk about the temp, a few psi out of the rear may have added the opportunity to save it. That traction light came on when the rear was already gone and the front still had grip hence the rear going to the rail rather than the front... and lucky for you the rear did go saving your noggin from taking a big smack. Glad it's just parts that got damaged.

Mate, it good of you that you posted for us all to see and contemplate our own analysis of how why it happened. It doesn't need to end up in someone elses training seminar or compilation of biking fails for entertainment. Been biking including somes track days for 35 years still learning and justifying riding by taking every chance to have fun and safe together- its an oxymoron, perhaps, as ultimately they confict each other!! Forever in the pursuit of that perfect balance. Schumacher once said when asked if he got scared in f1 - he said something like, " no, i KNOW where where the limit is and never cross it when you know where the limit is nothing before it is scary it is 100% predictable " . The persuit of excellence i guess, but our roads have many variables.

Multiple factors likely, the camber of that hairpin, defo were a little fast for it. I think the main issue was the eagerness for throttle out of the corner. Couldn’t see your lean angle so can’t comment. Metal and plastic can be replaced, you can’t. Calm down a little, the ride would have been as stunning g at a slower rate of progression. Glad you’re safe!! 👍 Stunning bike btw 🔥
