  thanks so much for the tutorial!! for anyone confused bcs you can't place the stairs due to a fixed object, you misunderstood (like i did at first). at this step, you're actually rotating the stairs already placed - not placing new stairs

  Thank you so much ❤️️ You need TOOL mod to turn them this way or you just download the build and save them in a separate room, so you can use them in any build! Hope this helps!

  I really like this one with the usable balcony but it has the trait "needs TLC" which is kinda annoying. But I really like the layout of this apartment.
