In today's stop motion video we are once again in Evergreen Harbor - in Pinecrest Apartment 404!
This great apartment has two bedrooms and offers plenty of space for your Sims. I built it for a single mom and her toddler. It has modern furnishings and a nice open kitchen with a spacious dining area. Adjacent to it is the beautiful living room with large TV and lots of seating. There is a large bathroom with bathtub and washing machine. Have your Sims move into this Pinecrest Apartment 404 in Evergreen Harbor and explore the city with them!

Im heutigen Stop Motion Video sind wir mal wieder in Evergreen Harbor - im Pinecrest Apartment 404!
Dieses tolle Apartment hat zwei Schlafzimmer und bietet viel Platz für deine Sims. Ich habe es für eine Single Mom und ihren toddler gebaut. Es ist modern eingerichtet und hat eine schöne, offene Küche mit grosszügigem Essbereich. Daran angrenzend befindet sich das schöne Wohnzimmer mit grossem Fernseher und vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten. Es gibt ein grosses Bad mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine. Lass deine Sims in dieses Pinecrest Apartment 404 in Evergreen Harbor einziehen und entdecke die Stadt mit ihnen!

I can picture her either being a University Student or a nurse who moved from StrangerVille to Evergreen Harbor. Left all items that reminds her StrangerVille to ensure her son doesn’t follow the same footsteps as her recently diseased husband. A bit grime but it was the only story I could think of for the household that moved into that apartment.
A smartly and very tastefully decorated contemporary apartment! Love the details everywhere, and kept being happy about every custom furniture decision of yours. So seemingly effortless! Love it. ❤
