In the European union they don't sell Filipino style pasta sauce
Jus use any pasta sauce and add sugar to it
Delicious! I fused that with panda orange chicken recipe(orange juice and fresh garlic/ginger) and substituted pineapple with apple cause that's whati i had.

Good recipe. I personally prefer cutting the chicken in thinner strips, and using dark soy sauce over light as it gives it a nice sweet taste without having to use too much pineapple or sugar in the syrup

I tried this recipe and its so good. I didnt even need beef broth because the juices that came out were enough. I made a bigger batch 5lb of beef chunks

The beef released its own juice when you cover and cook for few minutes
