Don't trust anything from Alibaba people. Unless you like to through away your money. Food Art printer I bought was garbage. In my basement in the box it come in. The trade assurance is fraud. Only the seller can give you the refund. So anyone can sell their junk to you and you have to accept the crap. The united States consumer affairs can do not a damn things. So many Americans have been losing thousands of dollars, while some cheesy chinese turn million aire on their junk.

No software! This is a total scam with manufacture website not working, phone number does not work. Product does not come with software or any way to connect to computer. Might even be a fake machine but wouldn't know because it does not work!!! No refunds
