Where's the download link?

Hello Paopao, recently we got the N-Mark D4022 and it is already installed in my laptop but where could I get the software to write and print?? We are a Flower Shop and we going to use te make ribbons for any occasion. Help me Please!!

I just received my ribbon printer and I havent received any guidelines from Alisa on how to use the printer. No CD installer included on my package.

she didnt replied to me because its holiday back then. Everything's okay now. Just placed another printer order

Did you receive the dowload link for printer N-Mark D420? I have the same problem

I have the N-Mark D420. No information booklet or software is to be found. I have tried to contact on the web site but I am not able to send an email. please assist here.
