So apparently this scum-bucket who hit the woman and her baby was 16 and let off with 6 months of rehabilitation camp. The mother and child both physically ok, with some amazingly "minor" injuries to the mother. I understand not wanting to give a child a long jail sentence, but the "consequence" of a rehabilitation camp is far too little for a person who drove a vehice directly into two people and then tries to flee the scene.
