I know this is five years ago, however I have owned many dragons. All very sweet. This rescue I picked up seemed sweet at first. Until I got him feeling all the way better. Now even if I walk in the room he’s attacking the glass trying to get me😂 when I go to feed him he goes for my hand. When I take him out he chases me every single place he can😂 I saved his life and it’s like he was ready to die and upset I gave him a lot more time😂 he can be mid air and lung off of me to go for my hand. Hes nuts😂

So cute! One of my precious indoor kitties got out of my arms on a trip to the vet and I thought my heart attack was going to be bigger than her's. She ran back and forth SO FAST that I seriously couldn't keep my eyes on her! I was mortified as much as she was until we got hold of her again. I learned to always use carriers after that experience. 😅

Hello bearded dragon lady! I made an account for the first time just to send this message. I’ve only had my bearded dragon for 8-9 months to! I was reading and I learned that they usually start around a year old. But I guess she’s almost a year old. I did the same stuff you did! I keep checking and making sure she’s breathing.. They can be stressed when they Brumate. But I’m stressing out even more I swear! I just love her so much 😭. I let her sleep until she comes out. Sometimes I offer the light and slowly cover her cave. If she comes out I let her relax. When she decides to go back I let her. I make sure to bathe her every week. Besides that, they shouldn’t consume anything else. That’s because the food has a liability of rotting. Or the bugs or wtv in her stomach will multiply and make her sick. Since they naturally have bacteria in their stomach. But she’s loosing weight and that’s scary. So I’ll have to make sure she isn’t getting sick. But it is natural to loose a little weight. I researched everything to and I must say it’s so much INFORMATION. But it’s natural so I’ll just help her out and let her do her thing. By the way I tuck mine in to and make a burrito! She loves feeling tight and warm. Your bearded dragon is very cute and I hope your guys are doing well!
