The video should be flagged for misinformation probably: 1) AFAIK, no mercury is used during modern day root canal treatment. 2) There is no such thing as safe mercury.

People would avoid talking to a flat earther at all costs. But they don't have an issue consulting to someone who says if you eat a goat, you'll get its attributes.

The best daily Ayurvedic routine will always be to take 1 tablespoon (= 15 ml) castor oil early in the morning on an empty stomach. So you will not only be able to cleanse your bowels from all the waste but your liver from all toxins deposed there too.

I am able to name here more than 70 (!) titles of videos recommending the daily use of 1 tablespoon (= 15 ml) castor oil early in the morning on an empty stomach, this in order to strengthen the immune system. But everyone should fix the frequency of swallowing castor oil upon his own need: quaterly, monthly, once the week, two or three times the week or daily.

High cholesterol is only an issue in the presence of excess carbohydrate consumption. High cholesterol leads to high vitamin D levels, as long as the people get sufficient sunlight. Also, seed oils must be cold-pressed and used fresh on the day or stored in a vacuum sealed bag, because exposure to oxygen will cause rapid rancidity. Most seed oils are hexane solvent extracted and this process leaves toxic residues.

It should be noted that Ayurvedic medicine was created before India had a concept of Europe and countries with four or more seasons. Coconut oil and sesames seed oil and are only beneficial for people living in areas where these plants grow. Most countries medicines were developed without the intent of healing people from other lands. In Europe we simply use butter as it is less processed than ghee.

Chinese medicine agrees with the failure to breastfeed leading to breast cancer, based on the philosophy of 'damp accumulation causing cancer. Any prolonged accumulation of damp material, e.g. phlegm in throat, will eventually lead to cancer, e.g. throat cancer. Same with failure to breastfeed, causing a stagnation of the milk/flow and accumulation of damp, being the milk, thereby causing breast cancer.

We are unable to obtain Vitamin D from food. What we obtain is Cholesterol and this becomes Vitamin D in response to sunlight. In cold/snow countries with little sunlight, the fires we burn provide the same effect. We often sit in front of the fires for many hours per day during cold times.

Australian schools have a 20 minute recess (small snacks) from 10am, then a 40 minute lunch from 12noon till 12:40pm. Most Australian work places, in my experience do something similar, though often it is a morning tea for 15-20 minutes from 9:30am and 30 minute lunch from 12noon.

In snow country we bathe in ice water to close the pores and retain our vital essence. We pair this with a high consumption of fatty red meats to enhance our digestive fire and plenty of fatty nuts like pine nuts, hazel nuts and chestnuts. Salt also aids the digestive fire. Your medicine works best for your people in your region, each peoples have their own natural medicines that work best for their people in their environment.

dry skin is from overconsumption of carbohydrates, especially processed carbs like bread, white rice, sugar and (although not a carbohydrate) heat extracted oils like rice bran oil, peanut oil and most seed oils. Increase the amount of meat consumption, especially oily fish or fatty meats. In cold climates especially, it is important to eat pork and fatty animals.

Good question. In principle, elimination/detoxification precede ingestion, i.e., before filling the cup, it needs to be empty and clean. That said, imbalances or faulty habits can create a reliance on crutches like tea or a need for a certain activity to cause a bowel movement (BM). When in balance, there is a natural urge to empty the bowels without external aids. Then, one can go about the rest of the morning routine. Think about it... few things are as satisfying as a healthy BM, and v.v. It makes us feel light and energized, literally as if a burden was taken off. It is a blessing to regularly wake up to nature's call as part of दिनचर्या | dinacaryā 🙏🏽
