hey so what are the hours like as an EMT, do you have to do 24 hour shifts frequently? and what is the difference between paramedic and emt?
Paramedic has advanced life support training (you can look ALS vs BLS) , and we don’t have them frequently really, once a month but if you chose to cover others shifts, it might be more
How many push ups were you able to do before you left? I’m worried about it
Before I shipped, I don’t remember but I know I passed the minimum. I was under weight so for 3 months all I did was lift weights, if you do that, you should be fine!
Hey Deborah thank you so much for everything you do! This is totally unrelated but many videos discourage relationships in the military. I was wondering if you had some advice from you and if possible also from other military couples you know. How were you able to balance the army, school, relationship, and spirituality.

Did you join the army with emt credentials?? If so, What'd you get ranked up to when you enlisted.
I got ranked as a specialist because of my associates. If you go in as an EMT I believe you might be PFC or specialist, not too sure

Hi Deborah! I’m a new subscriber and I was wondering if you could speak more about your experience being in the military as a Christian. Was it difficult to find community at the different places that you were stationed at or just within the people you work with on a daily basis? Also why did you make the decision to go into the military? I plan to join the military and wanted to know a little bit more about your experience as a believer. I am graduating with my Bachelor’s in health education this week and plan to take a gap year before I start nursing school do you thinking doing emt school is a good decision during this time? What are your thoughts? (If you can’t tell I’m freaking out about what God’s plans are for me after graduation and I honestly don’t know what to do. So prayers would also be greatly appreciated!)
That depends, are you trying to go into EMT school to gain experience for nursing school, because of that case it would be effective to get that patient care hours. I also plan on making a video very very soon about my experience of the Christian military and how I was able to find a community within the military to help me push to become a better Christian ! yes! it would definitely be to gain experience for nursing school and I plan to join the navy after nursing school as a nurse because I’m applying to a scholarship and it requires me to serve for 5 years after nursing school so I think it would help with that as well. I’m 15 I’ve currently gotten really into medicine these past years. I know for a fact i want to be a physician assistant when im older. What can i do now to help me prepare to become a navy (pa) later in life. Currently i have some certifications.
This is a really good question! I’m very happy that you are thinking about this now. They can for leadership, volunteer and what makes you unique! So do something no one else that applies can compare or has done. I’m going to make a video more focused on this!
Debbie can you do an undergarment video. Like for example the types of slips you have, lengths, camisoles, biker shorts if you wear those under any of your clothes? So many items these days don't have linings included for modesty and these slits on dresses/skirts are outta control. You have any hacks/info to share with us on these things!?

This would be a great idea. One of my biggest tricks is using a body on dress type to use as a full slip under a dress that is a faux wrap, or v neck or low cleavage that way I don’t need to wear a tank top and a slip for the bottom part

Now this may sound like a rant but I just have to get this off my chest. I know of a female soldier I work with who is in the guard with me. She wants to earn the rank E-5 Sergeant. However, the thing I find infuriating is she has a strong sense of entitlement complex. It’s Her Way or the Highway and All About Her Her Her. She cannot take being corrected or told to do something and yet she still wants to be a Sergeant and has applied for an E-5 Sergeant slot at five different units now. For this reason, a lot of NCO’s feel she is not mature enough for this leadership role. I believe she is not ready to handle it. Respect is s two way street and if she expects other soldiers to respect her but she cannot give respect, other soldiers will disrespect her back. She still has yet to understand that she’s not entitled to other people’s respect. That has to be earned as well. E-5 promotions and respect is not given freely like candy. The sun does not shine on her behind and other people and their respect does not revolve around her. This whole situation about this mean soldier wanting to be a sergeant is infuriating for a lot of us. We all believe she is not a good fit for a leadership role because self-absorbedness is bot going to get her anywhere in the military. What is your two cents on this situation?

My friend sent me this and I’m so thankful. I’ve been distant from God but I’m in a new place and he’s drawing me near. I’m also in a relationship that I finally know is of God and He has plans. We’re both grown and the temptation is so hard. We are fighting the battle everyday and it seems impossible. I’ve been promiscuous in the past and my view of sex/love is messed up and I know God is showing teaching me something new. How do we continue to stay strong and fight the enemy when fleshy desires and past sins seem to always be lurking. We need guidance. I want to do this right and I want God to bless and use us. 😢❤
