On Wednesday just past, I was at Romain's gig in Brighton. Venue capacity was 60. It was the greatest musical performance I've ever seen in oh so many ways. Hope you get the chance to see him live someday.

I never took it as 3 entities. You've got Dark Ren and Hopeful Ren and then he reveals their sources using religious symbolism but the crux is the swinging pendulum. What you're taking as neutral - he's saying hopeful things. His music is doing better, people respect it, he's going to be remembered - that's all hopeful and light fighting back against the dark. Watch it another 100, times and it will click lol. Though, if you're throwing neutral Ren in there so we can correct you so you have more engagement, brilliant on your part. You saying neutral is US, goes against the eternal swinging. It never stays in the middle. That's the point.

On the one hand, Ren's struggle is what seeps into his music making it so fucking incredible but if he never got sick? He'd have probably written a Broadway play or blockbuster movie by now. I love your excitement. You watching your brother - I love this bc it's EXACTLY how I am sharing something new with my people and Ren is new for me and I CAN'T WAIT to turn on more people. Most of my people live out of state so I lose a lot of fun which is why I live vicariously through reaction vids. Thanks for a great one.
