Things to know about me
I make no money from this channel
All my reactions are first time viewings.
I am not an expert at anything, I just like music.
My reactions/reviews are real, and I know they are not that 'exciting"
I don't placate for more views.
I take recommendations, maybe more than most channels.
Most of all, I enjoy your comments, I read every one of them
And lastly, mean people suck

Great live version of Change of Heart from the Tonight show Johnny Carson.
My theme song
Please more albums the supertramp
When I got a hold of the cassette of Genesis, in 1974, was just 15 years old, knew I have to be in a mystical place to listen in a deep mode, the Parque National Cajas is a region full of lakes of the Andes, near the City Cuenca where I landed in this life....After walking for hours at the Luspa lake around 3.500 Mts high, put on a fire the clouds surrounding the tent, press play in the walkman and fly beyond the starts with Cinema show. Did not understand so well English at that time so I connect the lyrics with transcendence somehow, awakening was my thing, reading Bhagavad Gita and these music brought me closer to Krishna. Thank you Genesis.
Mt fave track
Redneck bald guy listening to hippie music. Rednecks were never good at rock and roll. He should be listening to country instead
Pure example of a hypocrite!!! Ricking iut to the song, then bad mouthing a great band! Lost a subscriber, no wonder why you only have just over 3000 views.
Great band. This is my favorite song of theirs. Thanks for the reactions
This is a great song
I loved this band. I met them and they invited us to hang with them. Criminally underrated. However, I did not finish your video. As soon as you said "woke", I'm gone
Dude, what's the deal with the writing credits for this song in the video description. For the record the song was written by: Sharon den Adel, Robert Westerholt and Martijn Spierenburg, the credits I just provided are from the Within Temptation "Angels" CD EP. None of the people credited in the video description had anything to do with this song. Just wanted to let you know so credit can be given where it's due.
That’s KZread auto created. Take it up with them.
@@Kimobubby Take it up with them? The false credits are on your video regardless of how it was created, it should be up to you because you're using their song on your channel. Have a nice day.
@@Firedog-65 I cant take it off or add to it, you have to take it up with them, the only way I can do anything is if I delete my whole video. sounds like you need to have a good day..lol
❤❤❤❤
God I miss pool halls in the 80's
❤❤🤘🤘
Fantastic performance
Superb track from a really good Genesis album, things weren't quite the same after Steve Hacket left. A real shame.
Time II D-87 😎
Bill Bruford, Allan White, Phil Collins and Chester Thompson are good on drums - but Carl Palmer of ELP is lightyears ahead in his way of drumming. There is no match to him at all!
For me, I think the message is to depicte that piece by piece we are on the way to extinction, symbolized by the figures without an arm or the dog without its back legs in an allegory of a physical reflection of losing love and humanity like in insane wars, for example. And also in my opinion, when in the video the man with the amputated arm appears dancing on the ground but with the image inverted, it seems to me that it means that, like Atlas, can carry the world on his back even if part of his body is missing, but not without a part of the heart that symbolizes love and therefore he will always be able to go in time to save it. In someone who is missing a piece of their body, that person is worth more than some of the whole ones for overcoming the same common difficulties that everyone has and to which some of these whole people attach an acquired value as a lifelong certainty and not make use of it.
Next up: STRYPER - YAHWEH STRYPER - NO REST FOR THE WICKED STRYPER - TRANSGRESSOR STRYPER - SOLDIERS UNDER COMMAND
That really got me 😂😂😂 cute kuds
Hymn 43 is quite energetic, "If Jesus saves? Well, he better save himself! .."

I saw this show at Manchester Apollo on the same tour 1986 My brother and I were huge fans, had their albums and bought our tickets . I thought they were amazing, superb musically and Hollis didn’t miss a note…. My brother left half way through complaining they were boring and if he wanted to listen to the album he could have done it at home 😂😂 I had to meet him in the pub next door after the show RIP Mark Hollis ❤
I saw, you dance!
Good work, my man.
Thanks for listening

I remember seeing Genesis at Knebworth 24th June 1978.When they played Burning Rope they had the lase bouncing off the massive mirrors above the stage creating a green burning rope. I remember it like it was yesterday.
Also from Duke, Turn It On Again is in 13/8. (After the intro)
Gabriel wrote lyrics, and sang... (And some flute). He was not Genesis. Tony Banks is the one without whom, Genesis would not be...
My impression of this suite (broken up by the record company) and especially Duke's End, is a distinct show ending. A clear indication that they were done. No encore. Go home. Thank you.
Ha ha! ABABAC as in- ABBA, call me a cab. I think that is a reference to a formula, to which they did not stick.
KK Downing is not with the band anymore and Glenn Tipton has mostly retired from live performances due to his Parkinson’s disease. They did share solos even in the same songs.
I'm 54 yrs old. I saw Queensryche OPERATION: MINDCRIME live in Nashville when I was about 20 yrs old. Suicidal Tendencies opened the show.
It may not have been a single but it was on the jukebox back in the day. I vividly remember dropping my quarters for this song.
Best. Album. Ever.
2024 and this is still a great song
This was an absolute banger in 97. Still is today actually.
best song on the album
I first got to love Peter Gabriel after watching the film Birdy were he composed the soundtrack and after that I became a huge fan
Best live performance of Mama is in 1983, 27th November, Philadelphia
