Typical Vikings on primetime game with a backup against the Packers. They always get destroyed and embarrassed. Ponder TWRICE, Joe Webb playoff game, The GOAT Sean Mannion and Jaren Hall.

Lmao @ the cope by Falcons fans. He threw maybe…….maybe two NFL caliber passes to elite receivers who had 3 yards of cushion. So many things wrong with his game and so many issues that won’t translate to the NFL it’s not worth going into. If you Falcons fans think he’s gonna get 4 seconds out of shot gun to throw to open receivers in the NFL you have my sympathy.

I thought Nix was the one always throwing behind the line of scrimmage. Lots of good stuff but Penix is likely to see more pressure in the NFL like at 5:11.

@@user-sl3go9je9s Exactly, none of these guys have a effin clue. Its laughable. Guaranteed none of them played either. Hence the hobby line above. Bunch of benchwarmers trusting what other non athletes say about the players. Nix will be able to come in right away and be an upgrade over Russ. He can call protections, plays, and audibles at the line. Payton's schemes are all quick hitting and the deep ball mixed in. I truly think the fit will be great and he does not have to throw 40 times a game. Good run game, good Oline is a Qbs best friend.

At the time I was hoping for brock bowers or Dallas Turner. Or to trade back. Nix is the same age as ZW but I see him as a higher floor, lower ceiling option. If NYJ, in their infinite incompetence, just completely misused and poorly coached ZW (which is pretty likely) and he can be rehabilitated then we just drafted a backup with #12 overall. If ZW is still bad outside of NYJ then at least Nix floor is higher (maybe)

I think this game is evident how little Caleb's WR's helped him and its absurd that two of them MIGHT get drafted. Rice creates zero separation and on fade routes gives no room to win on throws. literally he's damnear running out of bounds on his fade routes and hitches. Unless this is by design, this is terrible.

He looks like a Justin Fields with a quicker release, and a little less hesitation. Makes passes Justin would probably avoid (highlighting a difference in arm talent). Still hangs onto the ball too long like Justin but O-Line and receivers should get some blame for that. I hope Caleb doesn't plan on holding the football like a loaf of bread, when he gets to the pros. Because he's going to fumble - A LOT - like Justin.

Brenden Rice is really good but I just don't get why people love Williams so much. He is so uncomfortable in the pocket and looks to get out of it as soon as the ball is snapped. The USC OL wasn't great but he tried to do too much too often. If I were teams I'd play him like how KC played the Ravens. Create a pocket and just collapse it and don't let him outside of it. He isn't very accurate and a lot of those big throws he makes are to wide open guys from blown coverage which will happen less in the NFL. He clearly has some talent but he isn't the God people make him out to be. If he goes to a team with a terrible OL like Washington then he is going to look like a bust real quick.
