I don't understand how the referees allowed so many holdings and pass interference from Washington's secondary. This is incredible.

31 points, 300 yards of offence, 3 touchdowns on the road. Refs missed PI's, receivers dropped at least 3. Bo is awesome!

You don't need to be hired as a scout to know some things to look for. Some people have just been watching football so long they have turned it in to a hobby. Just because someone says something that doesn't fit your narrative doesn't mean they are wrong.

@JollygreenFullSteam if you don’t get paid to be a scout by a professional team then you don’t understand the game like professionals do….. it’s that simple

@@user-sl3go9je9s Exactly, none of these guys have a effin clue. Its laughable. Guaranteed none of them played either. Hence the hobby line above. Bunch of benchwarmers trusting what other non athletes say about the players. Nix will be able to come in right away and be an upgrade over Russ. He can call protections, plays, and audibles at the line. Payton's schemes are all quick hitting and the deep ball mixed in. I truly think the fit will be great and he does not have to throw 40 times a game. Good run game, good Oline is a Qbs best friend.

I love how he tucked it @3:12 to draw the DBs off of his TE to get him open in the end zone! That was a pretty savvy move

Seems to really struggle if his first read isn’t there. Oregon’s playbook had a great quick game that helped him get the ball out early and maximize their athletes in space all season, but it looked as if Washington having seen them already during the regular season figured it out and was much more aggressive taking that away. Unlike some of the other top QBs it would seem when Bo’s first read isn’t there he either just forces the throw to get batted or runs right away. He doesn’t seem to go deep through his progressions or be able to improvise and create like some of the top tier guys in this class. Not what you’d expect from what should be a very seasoned QB, given he’s started an record 61 games in his college career. Think he’s a solid 2nd round pick atm given he has good, but not quite elite physical traits and he’s probably nearer his ceiling than some of the younger/inexperienced prospects.

Even when a receiver is wide open, Bo Nix doesn't throw it to an advantageous place for the receiver. This guy is a bust unless they go Tom Brady with him and have him throw 5 yard slants his entire career.

At the time I was hoping for brock bowers or Dallas Turner. Or to trade back. Nix is the same age as ZW but I see him as a higher floor, lower ceiling option. If NYJ, in their infinite incompetence, just completely misused and poorly coached ZW (which is pretty likely) and he can be rehabilitated then we just drafted a backup with #12 overall. If ZW is still bad outside of NYJ then at least Nix floor is higher (maybe)
