  YT algo is ruined :D Life is beautiful, but not like this -> weeeell, usually its beautiful if You set out to search for beauty. It is ugly if you watch news channels 24/7 or other podcasts/twitter and you don't distance your life from the "global" events. I can find now 100 things that are depressing and about 2 that I look forward to. Good Luck finding peace and companionship, its hard for two "lonely" people to compromise and work toward beeing together

  You've misunderstood nihilism. It's the belief that there is no inherent meaning or purpose to things and that it's ok. You find meaning through your existence because nothing defines your existence.

  @@vapingfury4460 no, you don't. Nihilists will always suffer more in life, this is something that even Jordan Peterson talks about. That little meaning you're talking about evaporates when you feel pain or you're sick or depressed for example. Your existence doesn't matter if you're a nihilist.

What your referring to is affective nihilism which is what Nietzsche came up with. The only value you should get from Jordan Peterson is that you should learn to avoid becoming like him.

He was talking from his clinical experience before his Christian episode. You are talking about atheism which does indeed lead to nihilism, but are two different things.
