    Waiting on a $100 price. I see after year when I last checked it’s still at $200. Maybe one day I’ll own.

    This could be on a 70s Harry Hosono album. Lovely.

    Bracie! Ależ Ty pięknie grasz! Zamykam oczy i odpływam..... Strymon jest wspaniały. Zastanawiam się co kupić do gitary akustyccznej- blueSky, czy też Cloudburst? Pozdrowienia z Polski!

    Way to expensive and it ain't that much better then the original. It's just like, "let's see how high we can hike the price up". Honestly, every digital pedal above 500 is not worth it, in the end it is just a guitar pedal or just an effect, software in a box, not an instrument.

    I have ditched my stereo amps in 2020 bc a tube amp broke down and recorded all albums until late 2021 exclusively with the old bigsky cab filter. I never felt like I missed out. Got an iridium then.

    Hello Josh, I enjoyed this very much. I have been searching for quite some time for a pedal that will do what Pat Metheny when he used two Prime Time delays to get the chorus type of sound that he used on his first two albums. I have had no luck in my search so fat. I was wondering if the DIG or perhaps the DECO pedals might work. Thank you for your help.

    @strymon I just got MX a couple hours ago. So far great fun. I’ve updated to latest firmware. I don’t have any presets after 49 B. A lot of the impulses in this video sold me on the MX….but where are the ones shown here such as “Premiere Drip” and “Oily Can”? I’m bummed it doesn’t appear to be on the unit or I’m misunderstanding something. Where can “Premiere Drip”, “Oily Can” and any other presets demoed in this video from 50a or up be found or uploaded into my MX? Thank you very much if you can help me out!

    Folktronica + slowcore + 1970s soft rock vibes. Check Art Garfunkel's 70s albums and "Maloo" (2022) album by Maylee Todd - they are in the same aesthetics. And "Seals & Crofts" albums from early 70s - "Year of Sunday" (1971) and so on.

    The ad copy for the Chime amp states - "the amp that defined the guitar sound of the British invasion." Why are most of these demos lowkey Jazz noodling? I associate the AC30 with guitarists such as Brian May and The Edge......why no rock or serious jangle sounds on these demos?

    It's been 10 years i use the first version, and still discover new things by using it with various instruments or extern devices. This pedal is a super source of inspiration.

    Ok, so, someone tell me how, at the 6:55 mark he played a chord, then hit the mini switch (off?) and the chord kept ringing out and sustained? I have the Cloudburst set up for freeze. I have Strymon mini switch and it isn’t latching. What am I doing wrong?

  • @strymon
    @strymon13 күн бұрын

    Hey there! MiniSwitch can be set to latching or momentary depending on what it's internal jumper is set to. The Tap setting is momentary, the Fav setting is latching. www.strymon.net/support/miniswitch/ If you're still having issues, please reach out to [email protected] and we'd be happy to assist!

    I'm sorry but, nothing in this video convinced me to spend $700 to replace my BigSky. I don't want a guitar synth pedal, I simply want a very high-quality reverb.

    I have a Sunset going in front of the amp an a Flint in the FX-loop (Standard setup Reverb -> Tremolo). Planning to get the Dig but not sure where to put it in the chain to get the most out of it. Should it go after the Sunet/before the amp, in the FX-loop and in that case before or after the flint?

  • @strymon
    @strymon13 күн бұрын

    The traditional option would be to put it in your FX loop before reverb, in this case Flint. That being said, feel free to experiment with it before your amp or even before Sunset too to experiment with some different tones! Delay -> overdriven amp is not as clean of a sound, but is a cool one nonetheless.
