Hello, my name Is Mike and I'm from NY. I like to spend my free time working outdoors doing something productive. I've been doing this type of thing for more than a few years now, but it never occurred to me that people would enjoy watching what I do. I do not recommend anyone try this type of work without training as it can become dangerous. Delta P is real and while I don't often find myself in situations where the Delta P is at a dangerous level, I am very aware of the potential danger. Learn more at the link below. Visit the other links to understand more of how groundwater affects structures as well as hidden infrastructures that stop rain from flooding your city. Some may think cleaning a slightly clogged culvert is for nothing but allowing storm water to move away from your city in its designed manor efficiently as possible can and will save property and potentially lives.

This was the first video I saw of yours.Still watching now.Keep them coming
Put some muscle into it
Great job❤
❤Great job
No mud at all really on upstream side. Just a huge blockage by big trees then small stuff filling it in ?
❤
So cool and finding a few golf balls too !
Another great video
Enjoyed this video a lot. Thank you. I liked and subscribed. Hope your channel does well for you 👍
Report the firewood finds.
This was a lovely soothing little video to watch when I only had a few minutes to spare. Just what I needed right now, thank you. 😘
I've got to wonder if all those tires that end up here are from some guy with a small tire changing business that finds it cheaper to just chuck them over the edge of the bridge than do it the legal way - would love to have a camera up there. Great job Mike - fascinating to watch you working so hard to clean up the waterway and keep the water flowing.
First things first. Go check on the turtle. Cutting up those tree trunks took only eleven minutes. Wow, the time you saved.
Early on in the video didn't you mention you were going to get your chainsaw? Next time, bring it. You wasted so much time and energy.
Nan, Post 10 will be proud of you for sure. He is a good teacher.
Will your town recycle the tires? Or even pick them up? Good job, men.
Once the wood dries out, it'll make a good bonfire by the creek.
Great job👍 some of that wood could make a nice fire !
I have a couple questions. First, where on the Hudson are you doing this? Like how far up river is that and what's the name of that creek? The reason I ask is I played around fishing and hiking and camping all along the river, both sides. Second Q is how much of a tide change do you have in that area? Is it enough to wash all of that debris into the river?
You’re lazy, pick the log up swing it around to the bank and rest of stuff will go through. Use your hands .
Thank you for the amazing video ❤
great job, subscribed!
Thank you for the great video. ❤❤❤
I’ve often thought about danger to yourself when your alone Also when kids play around these areas where it’s particularly bad Kids will be kids after all said and done
Hard job! take gloves and a rake next time you have to climb such a mountain
Dam good job,good job.
Just had three suppose youtubers get arrested on my neighbors farm. When it went to court. The youtubers told the judge they thought the dam they were taking out was a beaver dam. The judge asked as he looked a photos of the dam they were taking out. "You thought this was a beaver dam? I have never seen a beaver use an overflow and a drain pipe." All three were found guilty of destruction of private property and trespassing. All got three years in county jail. lol
You need a chain saw. Logs are way too big for a potato rake.
I bet the Beavers love you mate 😂😂😂😂😂
What a magical place!
you need to learn to work smarter not harder. ChIn saw and two, hands.
One word, gloves.
Post10 is my top fave❤so awesome to see that his work has encouraged others🎉
The neet a Chainso cut the logs smoll peces
Nice looking family 🥰
I want to see high flowing water clearings, something with the flow I had when I was in my 20's. I could pee 10 feet or more away, instead of the dribbling that goes straight down now.
Great one, bet it smelled awful, all those sticks and the bone. I love the nature where you’re at, and I think it’s better to maintain before it gets too bad.
It was prettier as a plunge pool with waterfall.
You say you are exhausted , then you work another 20 minutes
Great job as always. Enjoy your videos thanks for all your hard work.
Thank you
Great job! And, yes, I remember the first time you visited that one culvert.
New York doesn't maintain their roads. You expect them to clean waterways?
Quel courage. Bravo.
This was fascinating. Thank you for the hard work helping us all to understand how dangerous and life threatening these situations can be. ✌🏻🤍🤞
That’s a beautiful area. Well done. ✌🏻🤍🤞 Keep up the good work. 🦫
Enjoy watching all these videos, the little mainenace cleanouts are just as good to watch, your still outside doing what you enjoy, thumbs up looking forward to the next video
Thanks 👍
Another good effort Mike!
Excellent job on both of them!
Thank you very much!
