So I just want to share. I lost my mother almost a month ago, and I have been going through some serious mental stuff, mostly insane anxiety, but when I watch your videos, I am transported away from all of it and I am completely distracted from my pain and anguish when I am watching them. I've always wanted to see more people from Africa do this kind of videos. Theres mainly Americans who dominate the Internet. , especially in Western civilisation, and as much as i find them fun, im not American, so i can't connect with them on a deeper emotional level. Im from Eastern European, and i love humble, simple, not overwhelming, and all in all, just more like us kind of content. I love your videos. Keep up the good work. ❤

I like my carrots boiled until they're just soft, then add some black pepper and honey and mix! But a YTer I watch (Yasuko's Cooking Diaries) tosses sliced carrots in some flour and seasonings and fries them in a skillet. I tried it and it's delicious, highly recommend it (and her channel)!

That tool for mincing is so handy. I see a lot of electric ones where I live (Canada), but a manually operated one seems so convenient!

I was so delighted to see that you had posted a new vlog! I had recently been trying a channel from Japan and one from Oslo, and they were beautiful, but I couldn't help but feel jealous of their public transit and cool weather. Your vlogs feel more relatable to my life. You work hard to create peace and beauty in the real messy world, and watching helps me think of how I can do the same in my own life. Thank you.
