You remind me of me when I was a student. My first apartment had no fridge, no bed, virtually no furniture at all when I moved in. It took me a few years to get there, but I did it all by myself and working hard, just like you are doing now, and your progress is showing. You're going to do great things.

Since I first used white pepper in 2021, there's been no going back. I tried sesame oil for the first time last December and I love it. Jerk chicken powder is also a seasoning hack for me, goes with everything.

​@@m_o_renikejitaiwotry a sprinkle of oregano on anything containing cheese. I use plenty dried thyme in my cooking, smoked paprika is nice on chicken stews, lemon pepper on seafood, rosemary on lamb.

Hi Mo! Glad to see your new vlog. At one point I was eating while watching…and you were eating too…and you were watching someone else eating on your laptop. So meta 😂 Glad you got home to be with your family. It must have felt so nice. They will have missed you. Enjoying the cooking! You should have a chef section, Making with Mo. The fried rice looked delicious. You really are the tidiest person, even tidied the rice on the plate. I should learn. That was a lovely gesture for the security guy. As for spices and herbs my most used are: cumin, smoked paprika, rosemary, thyme and ground coriander. Look forward to the next time! Here we have a big storm atm, i went outside quickly and came back in looking like that poor cake bear coming out the wrapper 💀😅
