Happens everyday, When you have pavement you will have drainage issues.Not just Amazon, it's Malls,Walmart, Grocery stores, even cities that install flood walls.The water has to go somewhere.

Our neighbors are Amazon,& fed x, we live on 'Big Tree 🌲 Road.They cut down the trees.The big trees. It's a lake in our yards also.Plus 'wood rats', look em up. Nasty.😢🌲🌲
