Siguro kasi maraming nutrients that plants need for growth like nitrogen, potassium and phosphorus. But if your soil is high in nitrogen already it might slow the growth. You can try a little bit only. I just started doing this and my plants really bloomed😊

Yes, we went there night time, walking around looking for Balut…check out my video I tried to eat it😁. Very safe area, just have to watch out when walking because streets are small. BGC is a very nice clean area, but of course there’s areas outside of BGC and it’s like day and night difference. Thanks for watching. Love your videos too.

Be very careful renting or buying condos. Scams are very prolific even in well known condos. Deposit scams are most frequently used and the courts always side with the Philippines companies on just their say so.

husband speaking age 81 married to my Filipino wife starting our 48th year. We have a large home on Mactan Island in Cebu. We started with a one bed room condo, 53 sq meeter. Large enough for what we needed starting out, but our home, about 4 blocks away is 3000 sq ft., more like our home in the U.S. IF YOU GET A CONDO IN BGC remember the cost of the unit is only part of your expense. The monthly maintenance for all the luxury extras you get, electricity will bite you good if you need AC all the time. IT IS HOT IN MANILA. Check out MOM DUTY, a family living in BGC and LIVE THE PHILIPPINES, another BGC family. Good Luck, one more thing - rent for a half a year at least to see if you can adjust to the PI life style.
Check out living in Boracay. Check out Boracay Newcoast. It is a Megaworld development. Has condos and lots to build house. I am retired there in a condo and it is great. Boracay is a small city now with everything you need including modern supermarkets like Robinsons, drug stores, etc. I used to live in Manila and it will wear you down. Also not a healthy place to live. Living in Boracay is like Hawaii but better ;) I enjoy your videos

We love Boracay too, we were there few years ago, in fact that’s when my husband said “ We can retire here.” I didn’t pay much attention because I didn’t think he would want to do that. Then of course, he got more serious about it last year. He wanted to quit his job and enjoy life. Our plan is to stay in BGC first then while living there, we’ll be checking out different places. Bohol, ilo ilo, Cebu, boracay, Valencia etc. are some of the places we wanted to check out. We’re excited to do this and scared which I’m sure it’s normal. Thanks again🌞

I’m just lucky I bought my condo there in BGC Uptown park suite tower 1 way back 2015 it’s pre selling. But someone’s renting right now at low cost .

My sister is retiring in the phils next year. Same idea of renting a condo in BGC. Any advice?
We are still doing lots of research, but I think we’ll do Airbnb first because most of the condos they want a year lease. We want to be able to move just in case. But so many choices over there. So my advice is do Airbnb first and check out different condos while living there. Thanks for watching😊
@@marielizavlogswe are snowbirds from MN. We have been residents of BGC since 2006. Make sure you research which areas in BGC are noisy neighborhoods. Around Burgos Circle or near Uptown Parade are known areas of BGC that are noisy which makes living there dificult.

Can someone tell me why the bathroom shower door is only 1/2 long everywhere?
lol, that was my question too. I certainly don’t want to clean and dry the floor each time I shower. Maybe putting a rod shower curtain is the solution.
Whichever condo you pick make sure the aircon is an inverter type. Some of the megaworld buildings in bgc are not and will make your electricity bill much more! We are planning on renting there in bgc in a couple of years so quite interested in your videos. Will be looking for a 6 month lease which is less common to see available.
Yeah, that’s on our check list “inverter type.” All the condos we’ve checked they want a one year lease, so I think we’ll do Airbnb first. It will be more expensive but we can try different condos before signing a long lease. Our plan is next year for our retirement but so overwhelming (but also excited) when I think of all the stuff we need to do. Thanks for watching😊
