Whichever condo you pick make sure the aircon is an inverter type. Some of the megaworld buildings in bgc are not and will make your electricity bill much more! We are planning on renting there in bgc in a couple of years so quite interested in your videos. Will be looking for a 6 month lease which is less common to see available.

Yeah, that’s on our check list “inverter type.” All the condos we’ve checked they want a one year lease, so I think we’ll do Airbnb first. It will be more expensive but we can try different condos before signing a long lease. Our plan is next year for our retirement but so overwhelming (but also excited) when I think of all the stuff we need to do. Thanks for watching😊

I’m just lucky I bought my condo there in BGC Uptown park suite tower 1 way back 2015 it’s pre selling. But someone’s renting right now at low cost .
