Webafrica is the worst ISP in South Africa. To sum up my experience. 1 They took a week to get my line active after leave my old ISP. 2 I had to call Vuma and chat to Webafrica to get updates as no one was sending me mail updates. 3 Eventually had to place and order with Vuma myself and then automagically after a few more back and forths my line was activated. 4 Asked for at least this month to be credited as I dont currently have the cash to pay cause had to buy data for work and they could not do that. 5 Asked to pay for this months fees next month when I have money the latest they can do is the 26th of this month 6 The cancelling process is crap. Once I started the support tech want to phone and convince me to stay. The cancellation fee is R999 and they still want you to ship them their router that they send to you. rubbish. Over all 0 out of 5 stars for them. They dont employ people with critical thinking for their tech support they can only go off scripts and dont do the extra mile specially when its their stuff up. Worst ISP ever. Will never recommend them to anyone.
