My Boyfriend Kevin and I started this series on his channel, and decided it needed it's own space to breathe!
THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH FOR SUBSCRIBING AND WATCHING ALONG!
A little about Kevin
He is a filmmaker, and a musician and has worked on and off in TV and Film since high school, you might have seen a movie or commercial or tv show he helped make! He is a film Junkie and has seen almost everything!
A little about Tara
I spent the last 21 years raising my daughter, who was diagnosed with Epilepsy at 14...it's been rough..and it explains why I haven't seen a lot of movies..this channel will help me fix that!

I feel Sidney Poitier was taking a leaf out of his GUESS WHO'S COMING TO DINNER director Stanley Kramer's book particularly IT'S A MAD, MAD, MAD, MAD WORLD the original, and in many ways still best, all-star Hollywood ensemble comedy epic.
Badgers?!
@2:34 Neither does HYDRA.
Rumors of part 4
Love this. Exactly how I hope things go when I say just watch this and I know all the lines and they love it.
❤🙏
I don’t know if anyone else has mentioned that Robert Downey, Jr. started his MCU journey as Iron Man co-starring with Jeff Bridges, and in his last appearance as Iron Man, he made a Big Lebowski reference.
Twinkie weiner sandwiches are delicious.
@12:21 Whataburger’s good. Jack in the Box is okay. If you’re in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, Griff’s Hamburgers are pretty good too. They also have some damn good onion rings and milkshakes.
Arnold's Awesomeness In This Movie! 👊😎✊ Like Usual 😎 And Sharon Stone!👌😆 Enough said 👍😆 lol 😁😂🍁🍁
"Nothing! Absolutely nothing! STUPID! You're so Stupid!!" Will never not make me laught 🤣🤣🤣🤣
"I forget how to have words." In fairness, does anyone *really* understand how words even work?
I mean.... migraine attacks can make it more difficult though...
You guys had me crying at the pile of poodles lol this was great to watch with you
that part kills Kevin!
I bought the fifth element soundtrack after seeing the movie....
Doing HOME ALONE 1 & 2 this year? 🎄
I saw this special a couple of weeks ago and I though it was ok. Then last week I saw Mad Max: Road Warrior for the first time and as the movie went on to the final chase I couldn't stop laughing so hard because I understood more what happened in this special with all the chase of the moms and different brands. sometimes having more context of what they are referincing helps to understand more the jokes and makes you appreciate more these specials.
Wow. I've seen this movie dozens of times (mostly in my teen years) and something just hit me for the first time. When Stanley is being held hostage and annoying his captors; he goes from the "guess what" bit (which is an Orange) and then immediately segues into the Bonanza theme, then ends the scene after having the door shut on him with the line "Don't you like Bonanza!". Knock Knock Who's there? Orange Orange who? Orange you glad I didn't say bananas! Coincidence? Believe it...or not!
My biggest gripe with this movie is the giant plot whole of Vigos son NOT knowing anything about John Wick. He shouldve at least heard stories of not met him when he was younger. Joseph is what in his mid to late 20s and John has been out of the game for maybe 6- 10 years max. Married I think for 5ish idk if he left after he gotnmarried or shortly after meeting Helen. But joseph must been in his teens when john left. He wouldve know who the John was.
Great clean fun. Stands up to the test of time.
You should react to the movie Big Trouble (2002). It's an amazingly ridiculous movie that is PACKED with big name actors and a rapper (Heavy D) from the 80s and 90s. It's written by a news paper humor columnist named Dave Barry and Dave Barry has authored a ton of books filled with short stories he used when writing for the paper. They are filled with insane stories that had me laughing till I couldn't breathe. One was a story about the toad licking "craze" from the 80s or 90s and it's amazing. Big Trouble (2002) is a movie that he made and it's like an insane and ridiculous 85 min version of one of his stories.
Ok the nerd in me is cringing. VHF(very high frequency)is lower frequency than UHF(ultra high frequency). Its just the first TV transmitters wer in the VHF range and it wasn't until later UHF was used ror tv. Ao older established channels were VHF and newer (usually cheaper) channels used UHF. FOX tv was usually broadcast inthe UHF range.
Kramer had the foresight not to go Full Retard.
Tara if you haven't seen it yet check out Down periscope it's worth the watch.
Emo still opens for Weird Al in concert.
@42:56 Indiana was named after George Lucas’ dog.
Badgers? We don’t need no stinking badgers! 28:03 And I’m just the kind of smartass who would say something like this.
Weird Al plays the long game, made a movie that took almost 40 years to be recognized!
"Boy is my face red." Low key favorite line in the movie next to "Supplies!"
One of the best Mob Movies Ever made To This Day! 👊😎✊😎👌😎👍🍁
Again! Jamie lee Curtis 👌😆👍Enough Said 👊😎✊🍁
You might recognize The Warden (Barry Corbin) from the TV miniseries "Lonesome Dove" or the TV Show "Northern Exposure" or the Jamie Foxx movie "Held Up".
Jamie lee Curtis 😲🤔😆😁😂Enough Said 👊😎✊🍁
"Take that ridiculous thing off!" Is my absolute favorite gag in a goof-movie. (I totally forgot the pile of poodles...and I may never forgive myself)
💜 This movie will always make me happY 💚
A great movie to watch after 4 cones. no more no less.
I thought you would recognise Al friend Bob. He was in back to the beach. He played the surfer giving updates over the phone to other surfers.
I KNEW I saw his name in the opening credits of both!!! I just didn't realize he was David Bowe!! And I couldn't place him but knew I had seen him somewhere, and now that you've said it, I realize he was Mountain the surfer dude in Back to the Beach!!!
@@ItsTaraAnn l always remember his name because l saw both of these films as a kid and l thought his name is very close to David Bowie.
@@Paul77ozee That is exactly the same thought I had!
It'd be better if dude was on camera.
We have a rule that if he hasn't seen it then he will be on camera, and he has seen pretty much everything except what hasn't come out yet. He is there doing all of the background stuff that you don't see ( camera, lighting, recording etc...) AND when we started this journey, being in front of the camera wasn't easy for me so he was and still is my support and makes it easier for me.
@@ItsTaraAnn Just a free tip to make your channel better. It was too distracting for me to hear him laughing off-screen. I couldn't even watch past the opening scene of UHF - one of my favorite movies of all time. Put him on camera if he's talking! If you're ever wondering why your watch-thru rate sucks, this might have something to do with it.
@@Toothnut_Hamsterfolder I mean... that sounds like a you problem tbh. Our numbers seem to be doing pretty well without your unsolicited advice. I like being different and I think we will continue to be different than others and run this thing how we want. You don't have to like it and you don't have to agree, but definitely don't try to tell me what to do. Just don't watch if it offends you that badly... just scroll on by. It's not that hard to go past something you dislike without leaving unwanted advice.
Pretty sure spinal tap was fran dreshers first movie
You might get a kcik out from a song that came out in 1960...The Band was called "the Playmates" and it was about the Nash Rambler. Doctor Demento used to play it on his show. Also the Dj that gave Al his start. It's titled "Beep Beep"
The potato part at the beginning was a spoof of Close Encounters of the 3rd Kind movie.
Fran's first movie was "Saturday Night Fever." I knew she'd been in other movies before but dayum. This movie is just so much fun. I can imagine the writers trying to figure out which gags to put in. and how much improve was going on on set.
UHF gets better every time I watch it. Thoughts on the 86 transformation animated movie?
I haven't seen it but it broke Kevin's heart as a kid
@tarasneverseen oh it is just devastating. Broke mine too. It has an amazing soundtrack.
I wonder how many people enjoyed The New Kids On The Block cartoon every Saturday morning because I did with a bowl of cereal
You KNOW I did!!! Except we (my two cousins who also go to the shows with me, but we grew up like sisters living next door to each other) actually stopped playing Barbies to sing and dance along with it!!
Fran Drescher was in Spinal Tap before this.
im so happy someone on youtube reacted to this film! I love Lori Petty!

The guy who played grossburger is in a movie called the wanderers
If you want to know what an interocitor is, you should watch MST3K the Movie. Or, This Island Earth.
4:02 - It's the wrong arm. 6:30 - Al's favorite snack. He gave them up for a while when he went vegetarian, but then he found some good soy dogs. 7:00 - ...and THAT'S how Al got permission to do Smells Like Nirvana. His agent had no luck, so when he heard they were on SNL, he called Victoria and got her to hand the phone to Kurt Cobain. 14:00 - Al reports that they didn't have the billboard taken down after shooting, so it was there all summer until someone else rented the billboard. They say people actually got off the highway looking for Spatula City. Spatulas are actually one of the most common gifts Al gets from fans. Final note, the guy saying he loved the spatulas so much he bought the company is a reference to an old Remington shavers commercial. 22:17 - I'm proud to be able to say that I said to keep the fish first time I saw this movie. 23:12 - Trinidad Sivla sadly died in a car accident shortly before the movie premiered. 24:07 - kzread.info/dash/bejne/oaeGuppvcrzZhso.html 24:16 - Yip, Yip, Yip, Yip, Yip, Yip, Yip, Yip, _THUD!_ 26:37 - The Volcano Worshipers Hour is what Al called his late-night shift at his college radio station. 32:38 - Originally the plan was for Stanley to start belting out the Beatles' Helter Skelter, but either Richardson didn't know it or they couldn't get the rights, so they told him to just do whatever came to mind, and this is the result.
Actually, Philo would be Dr. Brown’s best friend with the plutonium from common household items.
I would think that the people living on the mountain peaks are rotated out every so often.
