  Salut, nu mai am motocicleta dar dacă îți faci cont pe motociclism.ro este un grup pentru Honda Cb500. Acolo poți sa obti gratuit de la colegi manualul de reparație. Nu este foarte complicat și ai toate informațiile necesare pentru aceasta procedura în manual. Îmi pare rău că nu te pot ajuta mai mult. O seara frumoasa.

  Esta moto está bien porque si se rompe la puedes dejar donde se rompió para siempre porque es barata.... Yo en una montaña abandoné una Suzuki 500

  You are too high on idle. RPMs should be like 1700 without choke

  @@cosminksm77 Salut, daca este deja inmatriculata nu mai mergi cu ea la Rar. Doar la Fiscal si DRPCIV, la Itp nu ai probleme si daca este o toba de firma poti sa gasesti un db killer pentru ea sau sunt niste baieti care fac. Cauta pe google Fratii Dinamita, fac chestii custom. Eu am platit 100 de lei pentru un db killer.

  I have a cb500 with an exhaust just like yours, what were you trying to show at 0:33? that hole makes it have that clicking sound? did you put the hole on purpose?

  No, the hole is for the db killer screw. But i had covered it for a better sound. I had covered it with a pice of rubber.

  Hello, the Piston was full of dirt, i removed the pads and pressed the break until the piston was out until you could see the clean side then i cleaned it very well with a toothbrush and warm water with soap until it was all clean. Problem solved. Sorry for my bad english. After you are done clean everthing with a Break cleaner.

  Nita Alexandru I’m having a similar problem. I’ve cleaned and rebuilt the caliper and put new fluid in. The pistons are releasing but the pad on the other side is still running on the disc. Unsure what it’s not letting the wheel spin freely...

  www.motociclism.ro/forum/index.php?/topic/30820-honda-cb500-home/page-245 That is what i did, the caliper is sliding, you must put some copper grease on that pins and move it by hand until it slides with ease.

  Sounds good, but that's without DB killer, which isn't legal ^^ You should upload a video with DB killer to hear what it sounds like.
