Thank you very much, great instructions.
awesome man! good camera work too
@@BoredLockpicker thanks dude. I need a tripod
thanks so so so so much for the help🥰 could i just say the pin numbers to the key maker or do i have to diy my own key 🥲
you can tell him the poin numbers, but we call these "depths" or the bitting. A locksmith would understand those terms better.
Also you could tell them, you need a code cut key to what ever the pin number (bottom pins) are. The pins in the video are called the bottom pin numbers. Also if you look at your key, you may see numbers on it. Those numbers are either a code or bitting so you can cut your own or give to a locksmith
This is super helpful. I'd love to see how to do this on a hatch lock for the same car. Also need to do this to both my trucks gmt400 and 800.
@@YouBuildItYouBreakIt I’ll try to get a hold of door and hatch locks and see if I can make a video. Thanks for watching
Nice video! Thanks never done this model.
i have done a few, and for some reason the cylinders sometimes have different configurations and wafer styles
Video jumps from ( here's the retainer) to, new ignition is in.... Pushing the (retainer) does nothing to release my ignition 😢
Did you turn ignition first? You have to turn ignition or pick it first then use poker tool inside retainer hole while it’s turned
@@pouncerminned863 thank you, yes I did figure it out and it came out... My ranger was stolen and they forced the ignition with channel locks.. it can be started without a key now... I'm thinking a new ignition cylinder and key should fix it up 😊
@@lornestyles7048 nice job
What a great video helped me a lot !!!
Hi where did you get the rubber keying mat from mate
Thank you!
Where did you buy your caliper
i bought that one on amazon. I usually hate that caliper, but its perfect for measuring pins- due to the flat platforms
where did you get the jigs? would like to get some please and thank you
I make them - you can buy em on my Etsy shop locksmithtools.etsy.com
@@thewhittierlocksmith121Thank you I will have a look
which ones are you useing in the video the FO38?
@@mikefinley4713 h50, the older ford. I do have the fo38 tho, but in the video is h50
@@thewhittierlocksmith121 Okay I just ordered the H50 from your site thanks

Nice work man. Those clippers and guides are awesome
yea they are! especially going to junk yard, no need to carry heavy shit
Willis work for camper locks does the camper lock keys look totally different
They are different style of locks but if you dissemble the lock, it works same way
Thanks for posting I don't know if I would have figured it out myself!
It's say no key and u used keys to do it
where? i used a jiggler key but its not a real key, you can use a pick, but i used a key shaped like a rake pick- not a key
Part names please
Products name please
Good job!
Thanks!

Can you send a link where you purchased those lock picking tools?
Goso lockpick set. I’ll try to find a link
Hello does this work on a 1980-86 ignition key ?
It should- if the ignition hole is centered
@@thewhittierlocksmith121 thanks I tried for a while. Do some key pattens just not rake ? Also does it get harder with age, if the lock pins are worn down and slip too freely ?
@@feelvivek yea for sure, use lube like houdini or tri flow- some of these locks are older than i am and there's tons of old grease, gunk and dirt. Ignition may even be bad if it doesn't work. Just try a few different rakes, picks and or jiggler keys
@@feelvivek to answer your question, sorry for late response. Yes some patterns may not work, may need to try different combos of rake shapes
or use a flipper zero
yea you can, the source code is the same- same project
Nice work with only one hand too!
Tyanks
Nice work!
Thanks!

Buenos dias o noche cuanto vale ese kit para cortar las llaves estoy en venezuela saludos
Prices vary for different ones www.ebay.com/usr/proxlock
I've just started using the mini key tool, with the wired remote don't you have to put a transponder in it too? Transponders are already on the circuit board of the wireless xhorse remotes.
Not with a wired remote- not for keyless entry-

I need replace my key cylinder. What is the rake that was used?
Just a cheap double sided rake-
Cool demonstration. Good to know the trick with the retaining pin. Picked that lock so fast with that rake, Cheers
was that an OBS or a bullnose ? I kept raking with no results on a Bullnose (1980-86), lol
@@feelvivek OBS
👏👏👏👏👍
Nice work!
I have the same kind of key. Keydiy with mini-kd cable. It goed in my phone and in the key chip board. I select Toyota celica 2001 and generate. The remote works perfectly. Now I'm trying to buy and key with the chip and all. But can't find my fcc Id and such 😢 Not all 433mhz keys work I found out lol
I find it much easier to jumper between the two legs of the U2 transistor. This automatically triggers the open and resets the safe to factory default.
Could you explain more about this?
@@jesshaupt7509 with a little bit of circuit analysis you can find the transistor that triggers the solenoid. On three of the safes that I have had experience with it is labeled U2. If you jumper acrost the leg its supplies power to the solenoid that is needed to trigger it. It will open the safe however if you do not have a code reset button inside he will not be able to reprogram.
I jumpered it and not happening
Aloha I recently purchased a storage unit from a abandoned unit auction and it has a sentry sfw123btc fire-resistant and water-resistant safe without key or passcode or even the booklet info. Of course it still has all the stickers in front of it so I am going to assume its brand new any advice on how I can crack this baby open b4 taking a sledge hammer to this 400.00 safe!
Sorry for delay. Does that model look exactly like the one shown in this video?
