Sensors themselves are the same. They color them due to better plug and play replacements. Plug for blue sensor will be different than green or yellow, so you will not be able to accidentally connect wrong sensor to where it’s not belong on controller. I swap sometimes using different colored sensors, but I always will take plug from original sensor, so next guy would not get pissed when he gets across that cooler or freezer.

I don't recall what gauge it was. This unit is pretty small so 10 AWG would definitely dot it. But go by name plate ratings.

We don't follow prices our selves all the time on equipment because its very big variety of different applications (so are prices on equipment), so all of those jobs priced differently depend on each job and difficulty of installation.

They hard to put back properly. there are little pins in the reservoir that should line up perfectly with that ice deflector covers - it a bit a task.

Good vid ! I did a video on exact same repair. Walk in cooler though. Same leak. Top temperature safety plug. Mine was a Old unit. About 20 years old.
